Order was correct, only issues is they had run out of tomatoes. No big deal. Also received a text or email saying order was ready to be picked up before I actually arrived. When I actually got to the location, they where working on finishing it. Probably due in part to the tomatoe outtage. Either way, nothing at all negative about the visit.

We came when they were receiving a delivery close to 30 mins after opening. According to our receipt, we were first that day. More people kept coming in after that. Everyone there worked fast to get orders out. Restaurant was clean. I ate brunch and only wanted a chocolate milkshake and fries. So far, it’s the chocolate flavor I enjoy in a milkshake. Fries were fine as other Five Guys. Husband’s burger looked good and he enjoyed it. Will be back to try a burger as well.

So I know five guys is known for their fries and the bottom of the bag fries, but having a big pile of potato at the bottom of the bag is not appetizing. While I was sitting there, eating my burger, which was OK I watch the female cashier get into it with a Uber eats driver, telling him that their general manager only allows them to pick up one order. The driver politely showed her the phone with the request service, saying to pick up the other orders, and please give them to him to which she declined and said the general manager has a rule, saying that they can only give out one order. that’s insane because of someone who runs a restaurant I have multiple drivers that pick up multiple orders you can’t just ban a person from picking up the orders they’re sent there to get so they ended up canceling probably over $150 worth of food loss I feel sorry for the customers and if that’s the customer service I know for sure I won’t ever be ordering delivery through the app because that woman working the cashier is more likely to get my order canceled after having to wait already an hour for it just to have it canceled because the general manager is clueless . Super bad business. If you can’t adhere to the third-party rules, don’t use third-party for your store for delivery it’s foolish to punish the customers and eat, food, lost, and refunds over bad attitudes and poor management. The gentleman walked out and the orders never got picked up. I watched and waited. 10./10 probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Ms. Layla is a professional, sweet personality, works at her best when most would be under pressure, she took on 9 customers and served my 4 milk shake drinks in perfect timing. Five guys has a superstar in the making! Awesome staff, great burgers in hinesville.

I was having a pregnancy craving for a shake and after 2 other fast food spots saying machines were down, we arrived to this five guys (2 minutes after close I now realize) and they happily served us still. I am very appreciative of this. The staff is professional and kind.

Ok. So its my first visit. Im allergic to gluten so i cant have bread. They told me they can wrap a burger in lettuce or they can put it in a bowl. I got the bowl. I also ordered my husband 2 of the biggest burgers in the world and i brought it all home. OH MY GOD!!! I can not say enough about the cajun fries!!! I dont know if i was supposed to have them….but i did! Sweet angels in heaven put their foot in those fries!!! The burger was basically a burger in a bowl with salad, but my husbands burgers were HUGE! A large fry, a small fry, 2 HUGE burgers and a 3rd burger in a bowl, and 2 large drinks was $46. A little pricey, i know. I could have spent less at burger king for the same thing. BUT THOSE FRIES MADE IT ALMOST WORTH IT (a large fry is $7-see photo). I will only go back for the fries im sorry to say, but the staff was very friendly and gave me exactly what i wanted.

EDIT: They keep messing up my order! This is the second time that I door dashed five guys and my order was completely messed up on multiple sandwiches!! This time… One burger is missing bacon and the other is missing tomato and A1 sauce and they added pickles!! And this is the only location that is SUPER STINGY with the french fries!!! Every other five guys I have been to gives extra french fries!! Why do I have to live next to the horrible five guys!!!

This location is fairly new. I’ve eaten at Five Guys before, but this visit was the very first time that I paid attention to the prices. Everything is a la carte. The Jr burgers here are cheaper but they’re the size of a regular fast food restaurant. The fries are about $5. Unless you’re a really big eater, you can split them. We got the largest order of fries and split them 3 ways, but we still had enough to split with a 4th person. The burgers and the french fries are fresh. And really good! I think the most absurd thing on the menu is the drink for $2.56. I can’t for the life of me understand why anyone would charge that much for a fountain drink. While I love the food, it’s just too expensive to be a regular here.
