Just got a really good burger, the tomatoe, lettuce, and other toppings were fresh. Cooked just right. The fries were perfect a little crispy on the outside the way I like them, not too much salt. The tea was good and strong, fresh too, with the perfect amount of sugar. The only thing I didn’t like was the music. But maybe that’s just because I’m getting old. I just don’t like hip hop.

This place is relatively new, staff recently hired, s we expected that service and quality might be a little off… Even their famous milkshakes were not available. The staff reported that they were experiencing problems with the milkshake machines. The burgers were good, a might expensive but not over the top. Service was very good, and staff recognizing that there problems to be resolved did their best to accommodate every customer. Clean, dry, odor free bathrooms. I think that by the time they get all of their operational problems resolve it will be a great Five Guys; hopefully by my next visit. I will keep the four stars until my next visit.

The burgers are expensive, but it evens out if you get a lot of toppings. (You’re paying for the toppings whether you get them or not.) They got our order wrong and gave away someone else’s order to the wrong person.
