I ate here on a Saturday and it was my very first time at any Five Guys place. While the food was definitely a bit pricey and there was a bit of a wait(it was Saturday so I expected it, no biggie) it was soooooooo good! The burger was cooked to perfection, was fresh. May be my new favorite place for fries cuz their fries were delicious! Great experience, everything was delicious

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Five Guys for their consistently great food and casual vibe. The burgers are juicy, made-to-order, and taste fresh every time. The fries are another highlight — crispy, generously portioned, and perfectly seasoned. I also appreciate that you can customize your burger with a wide range of free toppings, which really lets you make it your own.
However, I’m giving it four stars instead of five because the vegetarian options are quite limited. If you don’t eat meat, your only real choices are the grilled cheese or the veggie sandwich, which is essentially a burger bun with toppings and no actual patty. It would be great to see them add a plant-based burger or a more satisfying vegetarian entrée, especially considering how popular those have become.
Despite that, the overall experience at Five Guys is always solid. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food quality is consistently high. It’s a great spot for a casual meal, especially if you’re craving a classic American burger and fries. Just be aware that vegetarians may find the menu a little lacking. Hopefully they expand on that in the future!

Five Guys in Commerce near to Tanger Outlets!! It was day 2 after the big ice storm, and we were in Athens. An employee was in the restaurant, kept signaling us and 8 other people to wait a minute, but didn’t open. We all left. The Commerce location was on our way home, so we went there! They were so warm, friendly and wide open for business. Great bunch of folks in Commerce

We ordered two big burgers, two hotdogs and a large fries, they put them all in one bag with the fries all over the bag so the entire bag was greasy. Good thing we always carry alcohol spray everywhere especially with anything like this. The food was good and fast service so it was ok.

This has got to be the worst five guys in the country. I have truly never seen human beings move so slow in my entire life. I like to give fast food and restaurant workers a break because I worked those same jobs for years. But over and over again this particular location has proved to be problematic. Even ordering ahead won’t get you your food in a reasonable amount of time. Almost an hour for Burgers and fries is absolute insanity. And to watch them finish orders that came in well after you is maddening. I’ve tried multiple times to order from here, hoping that service would improve, but at this point, I’ve given up all hope.

The burgers here are incredible! Probably the best I’ve tasted from a big chain restaurant. You can ask for so many different ingredients in them that it’s not even funny! The pattys tasted fresh and the employees were very kind. You’ll walk out of here wanting to take a nap, but one of those good kind of naps. Highly recommend their cajun fries, they are extremely tasty and they give you so many of them!

They serve some amazing burgers, hot dogs, fries with a friendly staff. Simply Delicious!! The manager Matthew Seabolt is a nice guy and he definitely keeps a clean restaurant and makes a burger that will knock your socks off! My family and I frequent this Five Guys quite a bit and they have always been spot-on.
