Okay food, but do not expect good customer service.
My girlfriend and I had Danielle (girl with an eye patch) serve us and she gave my girlfriend such poor attitude and even slammed her cup down on the counter in front of her. We also ordered marinara sauce but never got any, even though we’ve got a receipt to prove it.

I’ve been to many different Culver’s in other states…and this Culver’s is the best! Every time that I’ve been here, the order process has been great consistent and efficient. From the food and getting the Double Culver’s Deluxe, fries, or cheese curds they are always delicious. The staff is friendly and kind with the order taking process and, they even bring your order out to your table. The manager Kasper he was outstanding!

The food is good. The ice cream has trans fats in it though. The hamburgers are slapped together and not prepared with care (ex: blob of mustard and a pickle in the middle of the sandwich). The manager has no managerial skills. He took my drive through order and I was not sure what I would get.

It was my first time in any Culver’s in my life. We were going to portilllos but we wanted to try something new. Unfortunately I didn’t like the taste of burger. The employees were completely nice. Location was clean and neat. I can’t complain about anything except food. I didn’t like the fries and I didn’t like the burger. I was expecting more than mc Donalds or burger King. Fries was little bit greasy and still I am still why the burger was weird. So probably it was my last time here as well.

Drove through 10/28 around 9pm. Ordered 2 salads – they gave us 2 coleslaws but with 2 salad dressings. Ordered cod fish and they gave no tartar sauce. Teenagers too busy talking to each other were too busy to pay attention to customers. Is there an adult manager at this store?

I’ve gone through the drive thru 3 times now and each time they have totally screwed up my order. This last one it wasn’t even edible. I get it’s a bunch of kids but it’s not hard to follow directions for assembling a premade burger. I did give 2 stars because the manager is sending me a coupon for free burgers to make up for it. But I’ll give it to my brother since I’m done with culver’s.
