The food is really, really good. Burgers are some of the best you’ll get. Fries are good but not the best I’ve had. Free peanuts to munch on while waiting is a nice bonus. The waiter’s were friendly and food was hot when I got it. The big thing that keeps it from getting five stars is the price. Very expensive. Yes it is good and you get and extra cup of fries but the $7+ price tag on a regular fry is too pricey for me. But overall a great experience and I loved it but my wallet didn’t.

we arrived at this location around 9pm. put our order in and waited a decent amount of time. several families came in and placed their order as well. we continued to wait while multiple orders were called in front of ours for people that arrived well after our party. i proceeded to go up to the counter and ask about our order i was approached by an employee that seemed to be under the influence of a substance. i looked behind the counter to see our order just sitting waiting to be bagged. i finally got my order to find out that the bacon was left off my burger that i paid extra for. my milkshake was completely forgotten about as well and i had to go back up to the very odd acting employee and ask for him to make it. while finally getting to eat our food music began to be played extremely loud everyone in the restaurant was like what is going on. the lights were turned completely off then turned on and off multiple times this is all happening before it was closing time with customers still in the restaurant. extremely disappointed in this five guys location. i’ve been coming to five guys since i was a young child and have never experienced this kind of service. i would strongly encourage retraining this team of employees due to the fact of their extreme unprofessional behavior!!

One night I was driving down Buford drive and decided to stop by five guys for a quick dinner meal, I did not expect to be appalled by the horrible management from this establishment, I saw this short black haired Mexican girl who is on the bigger side just waltzing around the place and letting all of her other coworkers do the work, she then went over to the fry station which I assume was to make my fries I had gotten with my order, when I received my food, my fries were severely undercooked and super soggy, I was appalled at how disgusting and how inedible the food was, I took notice in her particularly because she had a black shirt on when there were 3 other workers with red shirts on, I was surprised to see that an alleged manager was working so horribly in comparison to the other crew members, how can she be considered a manager when she has less work ethic than basic crew members, five guys you have lost a valuable customer due to your incompetence in the workplace

The night shift manager (the girl with glasses) was extremely rude — no greeting, no help at all. We ordered 30 minutes ahead through mobile, yet still had to wait, and our order was completely wrong. The fries were cold, overcooked, and only half a portion. They even forgot our bacon, grilled mushrooms, and onions. Very disappointing experience — avoid this location!

Good burger and fries as always at Five Guys but I really was surprised at how one staff member was when I shared that the ketchup dispenser was out. If you are gonna work in the food service industry you should at least have some customer interaction skills.

Hadn’t been to a five guys in a while but figured I stop by since they rather unnecessarily opened one in my neighborhood. Sadly they still wrap their burgers in foil so it’s still that soggy overpriced burger. Also they finally added a smaller portion of fries called little fries except it’s almost $5 and can still feed a party of 3. Oh and salty as hell. I had to scrape the salt off before I eat them. There are at least 3 better burger joints in the area; Culver’s, Red Robin and Burger 21.

The prices have gone up considerably at this location versus other locations in this area. The restaurant itself was dirty, even though it was not busy. The ketchup was empty and it took awhile for them to refill it. We ordered a cheeseburger and regular fries and it came to over $17.00. The size of the fries have gone down considerably. A regular sized French fries is now $5.69. It was definitely not sized like any other Five Guys. Nor was it worth nearly $6. When we asked, there wasn’t a teenager who could help.
All of this to say, hit the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location or Hamilton Mill . Better price, better food, better service, cleaner restaurant.
