I have to say, I really like 5 guys food but this store amazed me. I could not believe the prices. 5 guys is not the cheapest burger buts it’s really good but this store was alot more expensive than I have seen at any of the 5 guys I have visited. The food was still pretty good but A bacon cheeseburger, fries and a water was $24.00. I could not believe it. I definitely will not be going back and I will spread the word.

Five guys does have some great burgers and fries. Lately, the seasoning on the fries have not been good at all. I know it’s a Cajun seasoning that is used but the problem is that it has a tang of spice but NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER. You can see the herbs in the seasoning. I think someone needs to revisit the seasoning with some actual flavor so that it can be tasted. I am not sure when they changed the seasoning but it’s not the same as it used to be. Please change it back or create a new version of the seasoning

The 5 guys at this location was at most sub standard. There were 3 of us and we wanted to split a fry. We just did not know how much you get in an order. After they showed us the cups we ordered the large. Well they put our burgers in the bottom and just dumped the fries on top. It was a mess. The small burger is the one you need the regular burger is huge.

Man, this food is great. And it’s cooked fresh right in front of you! Service is great. Derrick was pretty cool, and the entire staff greeted me when I came in. However it is pretty pricey.

I just experienced 5 star service at a burger joint. As I entered I was immediately greeted with “hello, welcome in.” Where do they still do that??? Here. In Camp Creek. At Five Guys. All of the staff was friendly and smiled at all of the guests. The GM was fabulous. Greeting guests, wiping down the door handles… thanks for making me feel like I chose the right place to spend my dollars! I’ll be back!

We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the location in Athens, Ga. Employee Khalen was extremely rude and aggressive with my husband and I and told us basically he could not help us and offered no solution until I called back. Khalen then proceeded to tell me his District Manger has to do it and he has no idea if or when it will be refunded. The conversation left me anxious & upset. I will never come to this location ever. I will be contacting corporate Monday & if our money is not refunded we will know it was retaliatory.

This was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had with a 5 guys. My order was complete wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger the big one with mayo, mustard and onions and got a single small patty, grilled onions and bbq sauce with old, nasty brown lettuce not to mention I never received my lemonade that I ordered. To pay that much money and not be able to eat the food is extremely disappointing and horrible for business
