Experience from 6/10/23 ~5:30pm: Ordered a Bacon King with no mayo, of course it was slathered in mayo. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich with cheese, of course there was NO cheese on it. I figured the BK app would be my best chance at an error-free, fast trip along the drive-thru…but boy was I mistaken! Fries were fresh, and the guy that handed me the food was very friendly, but this will be the last time BK gets my business. I won’t be making this mistake ever again!

I live in Tarpon Springs and we are regular customer’s at this branch. Today we decided to order the Family Bundle for the whopper meal and my wife asked for the cheeseburgers without cheese and put the cheese on two of the whoppers. The man working the drive through boomed through the microphone “Ma’am you can’t JUST MOVE cheese from one thing to another–you have to pay for the extra cheese.” Which is okay and my wife responded thats fine but you can tell us without raising your voice.” He responds “Nobody is raising their voice. What are you talking about?!” No apology, or even saying that he did not intend for the volume on his mic to be high–just a “you are a crazy lady” attitude. We are not coming back to this restaurant again–especially since about 30 to 40 percent of the time our orders are wrong anyway.

Went through the drive-through for a whopper junior meal, was told they had no type of soda. Asked what was the replacement for that they listed a bunch of items and I said OK Orange juice. Charge me full price for the Orange juice waited 15 minutes couldn’t even get through to the window so I just left. I have been to this location many times and it is the worst in the area. Do not go.. stay away!!!!

My wife and I drove through the drive thru around 8:30 last night to order our food. While ordering we both looked at one another and expressed how very rude this person was. As we pulled up to pay he had us wait at least a good two minutes before even acknowledging that we were at the window. He never made eye contact with me the entire time I was at the window waiting for our food. When he finally did get our food from another worker it sat at his register until he finished his Bluetooth phone conversation. I know Burger King doesn’t use the little white ear pieces to take orders. After he decided that he had kept us waiting long enough, and without even looking at us, shoved the bag out of the window without saying a word, no thank you, no have a nice night, nothing ! I feel a kiosk machine would have been a better experience. At least it would have said thank you on the screen. If you don’t like your job so much that you treat your customers so rudely, go find another job where you don’t have to deal with the public. America is doomed with this new generation of spoiled little kids with no respect for anyone including themselves. I will share this story with everyone I know.

I came here around noon (7/14/2023) after a long drive home with a mobile order. I set my mobile order to pick up at drive thru. At the speaker box lady said I would have to pick up my order inside. She also sounded like she didnt really know what was going on. Now, I don’t understand what the reason was that I had to pick up my food inside. It wouldn’t have made a difference, I’m already in line and they would have to make my food either way. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line to not get any food. I ended up canceling my order and going home. Also ridiculous that I had to wait in the drive thru line and not even end up getting my food. I have a feeling she wanted me to come inside so they could ignore my order and have me wait even longer. Terrible.

Absolutely disgusting. Just left. Employees very unhappy cook pathetic. Whopper had one pickel on the side of the bun. All mayo, no ketchup or mustard little lettuce one ring of onion burger half on bun. No gloves on Employees handling food.Burger had a stack of 6 pieces of cheese and was cold.

Restaurant had stuff on the floors, the manager was talking about pay, how she has a interview at Publix tomorrow (on 6-5-23) and if she gets it she is gonna quit the cook was on her phone she was still working but was clearly frustrated. The manager and other worker was handing out the wrong food. The guy worker was not talking to anyone. The whole team of 3 was not communicating at all.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers with no mustard came out LOADED WITH MUSTARD AND WHEN I WENT IN HOT AS HELL THEY WANTED TO FIGHT ME OVER THEOR MESS UP. NO MUSTARD MEANS NO MUSTARD. CALL UP THERE AND THEY ARE THINKIBG I WILL. OT GET CORP. NUMBER LOL. Harold is the manager refusing to admit to anything and in fact wanted to fight.
