Ordered ahead on the app. Customized a whopper jr and ordered another meal for my son. Spent 10 minutes waiting in drive thru with no one taking orders. Pulled around to go inside thinking they must be too busy. There was one person in the dining room and 2 people at the counter who had already ordered waiting on there food. Looked like there might have been 3 people working or 4 at the most. Spent another 10 minutes inside waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When she finally did—I realize my food had been sitting on the counter behind her the entire time. Then when I opened the bag to get my food, my customized whopper jr wasn’t the way I ordered it. I realize this is fast food. But as a former fast food worker this is not what it should be. Terrible service and terrible food at this location. Better off waiting for a better Burger King down the road. Don’t waste your time or money.

It said that the person cashing me out was justin.But it was a lady, she was rude. I waited for her to take my order for ten minutes and nobody was in front of me. She said she was the only one there. Doing everything I saw other people in there.I don’t understand. It made me late for work. Definitely not appreciated today this place. In the mornings, when i’m on my way to work, I will go to another burger king. Shame on the managers.

I recommend the BK in Tarpon Springs. I visit for breakfast occasionally, order one of three main item, via drive-thru only. I typically get a breakfast burrito jr. and a decaf coffee, but once in a bluemoon have a small order of french toast sticks, or pancakes instead. BK’s. burrito jr. contains sausage, egg, american cheese, hash brown nuggets and some kind of sauce. I really appreciate that the staff allows me to customize the burrito, and I get it w/o the cheese and sauce, but add onions and a few extra hash brown to it. The crew including Kathy, Lena , Brianna and Tiffany( mgr) work very hard, are so friendly, and always get my order done right and in a timely manner.

Sat at menu for over 15 minutes and was still given attitude upon finally being helped. After I asked 8 minutes in if anyone was returning to the speaker, they helped two customers after me at the other speaker, waiting for me to leave after realizing their mistake. I can’t tell for sure this happened because a male employee attempted to answer the speaker and was cut off by the same rude woman asking us to wait a minute. Avoid this location.

I gave the manager PLENTY of time to go ahead and reach out to me before I made this review. I came here and got lunch for my coworkers, not only did I wait in line for 35-45 mins for my food but had to turn around after I left because they FORGOT a couple sandwiches so standing in line for another 15 mins. I get back to work which wasn’t far from this Burger King, food was messed up, ice cold fries. Then as I start to grab a cheese tot, I see what looks to be a pube? Are you kidding me!? Why do I think it was a pube? There was ONE guy worker and he didn’t have a facial hair. I called and the lady that answered had a nasty attitude. She told me “bring the food back and we will see IF we can do a refund because im not remaking all that” so I took all the food back and she pulled EVERYTHING out of the bag onto the counter and started opening every sandwich in front of me and other customers in the lobby. She counts every cheese tot and I guess they miscounted when they gave me my food because she looked me straight in the face and goes “someone ate one” I said “are you kidding me!? There’s a pube on them, who the hell would even touch that!?” She calls her manager and said “is it okay that I do a refund?” Manager told her yes so she gave me back my money and I asked the manager to call me about this whole situation because I was very mad. It’s been a couple months and still no response so here my review. I have told everyone that says “I’m going to Burger King” to avoid going to this one! Absolutely disgusting !

I’ve had some terrible burgers in my day. This is the one place where I didn’t eat my food because I was afraid I’d get sick from it. You’re food is not cheap and this is not okay.
Please avoid eating here, sonic is right down the road and the food is soooo much better for the same price if not cheaper.

No one is at the drive three when I pulled up. Employee said hold on read over menu. Waited 5-7 min no answer to take my order.
Y’all need better employees that give rats butt about there job instead of contributing to the company by making no money. Bad for business

me and my husband came today around 7:45 and first it took a good minute for them to take our order, when we said we wanted to dine in the manager i’m assuming because she had a black shirt on rolled her eyes and when she gave us our drinks she put them on the counter pretty rough, i went back to the counter to get a large because i ordered a large not a medium she was complaining in the back saying it was a 2 inch difference and when she saw i was looking she tried to act like she wasn’t just complaining about it, she also gave us medium fries and we decided to just get a bag and go, im not sure if the morning crew is more polite but i wouldn’t recommend going at night
