I’ve driven by the location countless times going to the nearby “big box” stores and finally decided today to stop in and try it.
I was impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and the food which lived up to what I have heard about it over the years.
I particularly enjoyed that the standard burger included grilled onions and mushrooms both, which I love. Great burger, great shake, fries to feed an army, and nice folks.
I’ll be stopping in again soon!

I hate leaving a negative review but I hate seeing this wonderful place turning into a mess. I just ordered three cheese burgers as shown on their receipt. As the receipt indicates, “no tomatoes, pickles and relish.” It had all the three even though the receipt says otherwise. It was missing the sauce I asked for.
The plain cheese burger as shown on the receipt was missing cheese.
If it was a busy day, I could have given them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were under pressure even though it doesn’t make it right, but could be at least justified. There was barely any customer there.
I was standing and waiting for my food and they had it sit there. What is happening to this place? I guess they are annoyed with having customer?
I am a business owner myself and this place seems to be turning into a mess from a customer service standpoint. Totally pissed off.

Westen made sure we enjoyed our late night dinner! This location is always the best. We got little cheeseburgers with bacon and onions, and all the toppings that we like. Our shakes were made to perfection. We had a peppermint shake and a chocolate caramel banana milkshake. The fries you will never go wrong with. The vinegar and the ketchup mixture is a great combination for these wonderful-hand cut fries. I would definitely try this location again. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Five Guys always has great customer service! They are friendly and accommodating when making fresh burgers customized to order. I enjoyed my strawberry milkshake, and the fries were crispy and fresh, not to mention the extra fries inside the bag that I wasn’t expecting. I have eaten here a lot, and I have always had a great experience each time. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

The food is always really good, the cost seems really high for a burger, fries, a drink and peanuts. The service was ok, seemed a little distracted several times. It’s usually somewhat clean in the dining area, tables just brushed off unless it gets messy then they’ll clean them. The floor, pretty much same thing.

So I’ve had a change of opinion since the last time I visited Five Guys in PTC. This go around it looks like somebody took the time to build the burger right and it wasn’t sloppy n falling apart. It was actually great and want to give the young men that were here their due. Store was nice and clean, food was good and was an overall good experience. Still paid $70+ for burgers and fries n drinks, but this time I wasn’t so upset about it lol.

What in the world happened to the Peachtree City Five Guys?! It’s just sad. We used to eat there on a regular basis, but it’s been awhile. I returned about a month again and was disappointed. But anybody can have a bad day so I decided to give them another chance. Today I went over, and bought two hamburgers and fries. Honestly, things were even worse this visit. The fries were warm on the outside, but still nearly frozen inside I had to take them home and cook them again before they could be eaten!
The place lacked cleanliness and after looking at them, I decided to skip the drink machines all together.
Five Guys food is expensive. When it is properly cooked, it’s worth the cost. But this location is extremely disappointing.
I won’t be returning.

My wife and I came for dinner; our order was promptly taken at the counter,and then was ready with very little wait. The burgers were great, and they were what we have come to expect at Five Guys. Restaurant appeared clean. All was good with our dining experience.

Worst visit we have had here even during Covid days. Changed them from a 5 Star to a 1 Star rating as of current visit. Drink machines for serve yourself NOT working; I asked about the unsweetened and sweet tea serve your self- again NOT working – which is not even affiliated with the soft drink dispensers. When I asked about the tea, dude was seen suddenly carting the tea urn out to the back, not to be replaced. Then both of the ketchup dispensers were empty. Otherwise burgers and fries good but less appealing because of lack of other services. We got bottled waters as drinks but otherwise were limited to paying for each refill. Was there anyone as manager in charge?? Did not appear to be. At almost $35 for two people to dine in, we do expect much more….burgers good, but, not that good.

The staff were nice the food was delicious. The front entrance concrete was very dirty. The trash bin looked and smelled awful.

Five guys has small portions and a very high price point. What you could get at Chili’s for $7.99 old time with cheese and fries plus a drink will cost you $18-20 for a similar portion.
It’s such a rude business model. The actual food, restaurant vibe and staff are all wonderful.
I will never eat their again.
