First time visiting Five Guys since they changed locations, we had an excellent experience! The food was great, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

You go to five guys and you know what you were getting that’s what this place delivers. Nothing special just a burger fries and an opportunity to throw peanut shells on the floor although they keep the floor pretty clean so I feel bad doing it, but I know it’s allowed. I don’t go very often because I think five guys is extremely overpriced. You will walk out of there spending over $20 per person, but sometimes it’s burger time and you know what you’re getting. The milkshakes are pretty good although I feel like a super fatty if I go all in. The workers are not overly friendly and don’t seem to love being there, but they usually get your order right and.

There is a problem with management at this location. I just left the restaurant. I walked in to order take out. It is 46° outside but I swear it felt like a windy 35° inside. The a/c was on the entire time I was there. I commented to the cashier but they did nothing. On my last visit, it was a warm day and it was burning up in there. I made a complaint.
Question, is there no company policy or guidance on temperature in the restaurant? Remember the customers and their comfort? The staff was very happy, dancing and enjoying themselves which is great. But, come on. It is a customer service business. A grown up needs to be added to the staff there. I will not eat in a place that cares nothing about customer comfort.yes the burger was good. But I can get a good burger at many places. The price of the fries is ridiculous!!

I wanted to share my thoughts on a recent experience. I noticed that their soft drinks, while comparable to McDonald’s, are priced at $3.29, significantly higher than McDonald’s $1.99 (and even less if part of a combo). Additionally, I found their ice dispensing to be quite messy and abrupt, and the ice itself wasn’t great – Fredy’s has much better, soft, chewable ice that my whole family enjoys.
The small fries, priced at $5.49 (or $5.91 with tax), were good but didn’t quite feel worth the cost.
The cheeseburger, at $12.59, was the standout item for me in terms of taste and quality, falling within an acceptable price range.
In total, my order of small fries, a soda, and a cheeseburger came out to $22.05.
Now before you call me cheap, I want to clarify that I’m not necessarily focused on the lowest price, but rather on getting good value for my money. For instance, I’m happy to let family or friends drive my Ferrari 458 Spider for special occasions or just to unwind. The car depreciation and maintenance cost is $2.75/ mile but the joy they get is worth the money…

Exactly what you HOPE for when you make the decision to go to Five Guys – outstanding food and service!
Carl greeted me at the register, took my order and payment – super friendly and super efficient. I waited maybe 3 to 4 minutes for my food – it came out hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The fries were so hot I had to let them cool before eating.
The restaurant was clean and well lit – so all in all a great experience. $24 for a burger, fries and soda?!? I’m not happy about that but if you have to spend that kind of money this is the kind of experience you want. I’ll be back once I save up some more money.

Terrible food. I had five guys in the past but haven’t been in years. Little Fries are almost $6 and they were basically oily, raw potato?? Like soooo soggy. I was confused bc with the amount of oil dripping off them you’d think they were cooked but they were so limp. Beef had no flavor. The workers/service are nice/fine not their fault. Food just sucks!! Just go to McDonald’s tbh.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Turning off their online orders whenever there is a promotion going on. I called them and asked whether their BOGO promo is happening at their location and they told me “yes” so I asked if I had to order online or in store also worked. They proceeded and told me “yeah I guess in store also works.” It’s funny how someone who works there doesn’t even know what to do, absolutely no knowledge on what their work space. Also when I walked in, they told me “we actually have no meat” and walked away. So I went over and asked if they were completely done with orders and they said “I mean if you wanna wait?” Didn’t even tell me how long I had to wait, again I had to ask them lmao. I was definitely fine with waiting 10-20 min so I was going to wait and then that had happened. If this service was a joke then they did an absolute best job delivering that because I was laughing speechless.

My family ordered take out which included one regular fry and one Cajun seasoned fry. We came home with two regular fries. When my son called them, they said to bring back the receipt order and they would make it right. My son drove back, and they gave him Cajun seasoning to put on the fries that he had at home. He asked for fresh fries and they said he would have to pay for them. When I called to speak to the manager about this. He started screaming at me that this was okay with my son, and he didn’t want to let me speak at all. He hung up on me. We have been loyal customers for more than ten years. My family will never spend another cent at Five Guys every again.

I visited this 5guys on my way out of Atlanta this past weekend. This location is way better than the 5guys back home. They gave us exactly what we asked for in an orderly fashion and it was hot and fresh. The one I go to in Huntsville skimps me out big time on the fries every single time like potatoes are expensive or something and theyre COLD. Not in Roswell! These guys gave us a true large fry the way it should be. The way ours used to when it first opened. The building was clean and the staff was friendly too. I’ll be going here again next time I pass through.

It really bothers me coming to a location and getting overcharged for solo dogs. Solo dog, no toppings, no bun, just the hot dog. They even have a special button on the register for it. Order two and get a blank stare, what do I mean solo? Really? I have to teach the manager of the location about their own offers? Does she press that button, no she charges me full price for both. $15 instead of $7. Do not go to this location.
**UPDATE – Five Guys asked us to reach out. I emailed them as asked. Lets see if there is an actual response…
