This Five Guys was so good! Of course, we all know that Five Guys can be a little pricey, but every once in a while, it is absolutely worth it. The workers here were very nice and made our food quickly. It’s always a treat to enjoy the complimentary peanuts here as well. The burgers were just amazing. They were so huge, meaty, and juicy, and I love that you can customize them to your heart’s desire. We also ordered large fries, which probably could have fed at least six people. The cup was huge, and, of course, the workers just keep throwing fries into your overflowing bags. Five Guys is always a scrumptious meal!

I placed an order today for the Five Guys birthday promotion, but it was refunded because you said ingredients were unavailable—without any prior notice.
If the order couldn’t be fulfilled, I should have been informed in advance. Instead, I was notified at 9 PM, which leaves no realistic option to place another order elsewhere and wait again.
This situation is extremely frustrating. If you were not prepared to fulfill orders due to lack of ingredients, the promotion should not have been offered in the first place. This experience was disappointing and poorly handled.

I’ve visited this location twice, the staff is super friendly and kind. The guy that takes my order is always smiling. I’m trying to eat at home more, but running into a caring staff and good food isn’t helping . Great job guys

Good location and their burgers never disappoint. My only gripe is they are expensive. They give you a ton of fries so you won’t go away hungry. Have eaten at this spot several times and the service is always good and the order is accurate. Clean and great CS. Would def eat here again. We go often but this time I asked for water and Javier said ‘no water’ while we stood next to 15 Dasani water bottles. I had to buy a soda to fill it with water from their soda machine. Ticket 73 from 9/3 if management decides to make it right!
Edited to add: five guys does not care about feedback. The contact us url fails to submit when you hit the button and although I’m calling customer service they hang up after waiting in silence for a few minutes. My review is here and you have the feedback.
