Ordered some Uber eats, It took them an hour and some change to cook the food And the portions were hilariously small. Nine dollars for a thing of fries for a teeny little bag that they thought they could get away with because of Uber eats. Tried calling the store three times to see the status of the food never picked up once. This location is hilariously worse than the one in Northpoint.

I went to Five Guys yesterday and ordered a regular cheeseburger with fries. The service was fine — the staff was helpful and polite — but the food was a major disappointment.
For nearly $20, I expected a high-quality burger. Instead, the meat was overcooked, the burger was overloaded with cheese, and the onion and tomato toppings tasted like the worst cuts — overly crunchy and inconsistent with what I’m used to. It honestly felt like whatever scraps were left got thrown on the burger.
This was easily the worst $12 hamburger I’ve had, and the overall value just isn’t there anymore. Based on this experience, I don’t see myself returning to Five Guys.

I honestly don’t know why this place is rated so high, I guess when they first opened things might have been different but now the food is okay but way over priced and the fact that you spend $9 on a burger and it doesn’t include a drink or fries. The store moves at a snail’s pace and with all those employees there you would expect faster service and most importantly a clean store. I’m not a fan of Five Guys the burger is okay and the fries are nasty. I wouldn’t recommend eating here there are so many better choices in Alpharetta to get a good burger and you don’t have to spend as much.

I have heard from many friends about Five Guys and had really high hopes for the taste and quality. Also considering price, i was expecting them to go way beyond the expectations. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. My first disappointment was dryness of Patty, second the lower part of Bun was breaking bad. I wish they put some effort in quality specially if they are charging 2-3 times of their competitors.

This place is the greatest. Highest quality delicious food, generous with the spicy fries and super clean and concerned with their customer’s safety and health. I’ve only patronized three places since the “shelter in place” order was issued for my area, and this place was two of them!

Just stop by, cannot believe how hard the prices are in. This place is completely dead at lunchtime no wonder. Been 2 years, I’m not coming back.
When I think about 5 guys I think greed. The food has always been great but 10 bucks for a burger is crazy. I will not pay 19+ for lunch again. No wonder the place is dead while everything else is busy. I believe this company will not make it with the greedy corporate sky rocketing the prices. I will not be back until something changes . Those fries are still fire.

This is a great burgers place. Great value and good eats! Two Coca-Cola freestyle machines. Complimentary roasted peanuts.

Wow. We just got takeout ($53), drove home to see that they screwed up the order. We called them right away to tell them we wanted a correction of the amount since we didn’t get what we paid for. The person said ”oh you need to come back so we can correct it, we can’t do refunds over the phone”. Ok!? We got a small fries (over salted, not even a full cup) but we paid for a regular. And you usually get an over full cup of fries (I don’t expect this it’s just how it’s always been but I at least want a full cup of fries in the size I paid for). Even my husband who loves salty food said he couldn’t eat the fries. One burger was correct and the other was supposed to be a tripple patty (that we paid for) but we only got a double. And then added mushrooms which wasn’t part of the order. My husband felt like this was it and was gonna drive 15 min back to get the refund (come on it’s not cheap) and called them again where they let him know that ”I’m sorry only general managers can do refunds so you need to come in on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday (?) to get help with the refund. So now one of us need to take time off work to go there and hope the GM is there/avaliable. lol..! They’ve lost us as customers and we’re not gonna be back. If it’s just something wrong with the order sure things go wrong but with all the above we’re never gonna come back.

The burgers are absolutely delicious and juicy! Best burgers out there! The bread does tear apart easily, though. I give them 10/10. And OMG, their fries are to die for!! Definitely recommend.
