Y’all. I had the best experience at Easley’s Five Guys today. My husband and I went for lunch. Their food is just as reliably delicious as always. Somewhere along the line, I lost an important envelope, which I didn’t figure out until I got home. I called Five Guys to see if they’d found it. They hadn’t, so I decided to head back to look for it. They were SO helpful and concerned. One of the employees even caught me in my car before I left to ask which trash can we’d used. He then searched the trash for it. It was beyond over and above good service, and I’m so thankful for their care and concern.

Ordered a burger and fries and it was great! Unfortunately the guy taking my order did not get my order correct. I generally wouldn’t complain but if I’m paying $15 for a burger and fries I want it to be right. Mistakes happen and service was fast.

If I’m going to satisfy a burger craving, I might as well go all out, right?? I went here last night and decide to get the little hamburger (which isn’t so little depending on the toppings). The service was good, the wait time for food preparation was about 7 minutes, and the food was tasty. The cost for one burger was almost $8 but it was well worth it. The store was clean and service was good!

I love Five Guys…and I’m a vegetarian! The veggie sandwich is pretty tasty…be sure to add jalapeños! And of course, the fries are fantastic. The peanuts are back as a free appetizer too. Always a clean space with a 50s diner look and feel as well.

My experience on a Sunday afternoon wasn’t the best. It was very loud in the restaurant, including staff yelling loudly at one another and also out into the dining room. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo. It came out as a burger with extra pickles and lettuce. I took it back, told the cashier what I ordered, and sat back down. Another employee asked for the wrong burger back, and I gave it to her and once again told her what I ordered.
A few minutes later she hands me another burger, and there was no tomato on it. I gave up trying and ate it.
