I’m bamboozled by how great the food is and how nice the service is. Clean outdoor patio seating as well as indoor. Awesome vegan options. Can’t go wrong with the curries or the bahn mi but we’ve also had the pho and cookies too. If you’re lucky they might have free samples of the cookies and Vietnamese coffee. Handicap ramp and parking spot is appreciated!

Wow everything was so fresh and flavorful. Really cute place as well. For starters got the boozle iced Vietnamese coffee which has a toffee crunch chunk . I got a pho soup with veggies and asked for spicy. ️ they certainly delivered. So good. Topped it off with a sesame miso cookie which was delicious!

My friend chose this establishment to celebrate her birthday dinner. The aesthetics are cute providing indoor and outdoor seating. It was our first time looking at the menu and there was a variety to choose from. We ordered the beef pho, yellow curry, two different fresh springs rolls, dumplings and a Thai tea!! My friend said it was the best pho she has ever had. My curry dish was plentiful and I enjoyed my traditional fresh spring roll. It is order at the counter and self seating. We arrived right after the rush as they were packed inside.

Not sure how this place has some 1star reviews because I’m the pickiest Chicago food critic and I was pleasantly surprised to say this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to in the US. From their lattes to their food and sad to say I had no room for dessert everything was delicious. They have these hearty spring rolls with jumbo shrimp and chopped BBQ pork. It was like a meal in itself. My friends ordered pho and they were raving about the broth and beef. I had their braised oxtails with freshly cooked vegetables with choice of brown or white rice. I was able to taste some star anise and lemongrass. Food was so fresh and fragrant. The decor is quaint and the restrooms are very clean and tidy. Service was friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend you try even if you’re an hour away!

Service was great the environment was nice. me and my husband both got the beef pho and this is the first time I’ve ever had it to where it was actually lacking flavor. All we could taste was cinnamon to the point that it was too overpowering. I’ve been eating pho for 30 some years and never had it to where the cinnamon was so overpowering and where it lacked flavor like this. I can’t speak on the other menu items except for the crab rangoons which were very good they had real crab in them not imitation crab. I do not recommend their pho.

I had an awesome road trip to Tampa yesterday and had to hit up this awesome place. I am grateful for the vegan pho and vegan spring rolls. So many incredible vegan cookies. One of my favorite coconut water brand is sold there.
The atmosphere is lovely with colorful check board title to the tropical bird wallpaper. People here are very kind.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Food was great and I liked the service. We tried the shaken beef bahn mi and the red curry noodles which were excellent. The drinks were a highlight and I’ll be coming back to try more. Overall I would definitely recommend.

This is my second visit to Bamboozle, but my first time at the Seminole Heights location. The last visit was at the Channelside location before it closed, but then it reopened under a different Yelp profile so my review was lost. Go figure.
I do like that this location has more parking than its predecessors. Unfortunately, the clientele don’t park in them very well which makes it difficult to find a space wide enough to park in during peak times. That’s my only gripe.
There’s plenty of seating inside and outside. Place your order at the counter and they give you a flower vase with a number to take to your table. The food comes out hot & fresh. I love that the emphasis is on the fresh veggies in the Banh Mi sandwiches and the fresh rolls. They are nice & crisp. The bread is toasted and has a nice crunch. The grilled pork is plentiful & tasty with the pâte and mayo. It’s a good sandwich.
The Crispy Duck fresh roll is my favorite. I love that they include one of those crispy baked spring roll sticks inside the fresh roll. I’ve only had that one other time at Roll Play in the DC area. It gives it a nice crunch. Although, I may be imaging that the one at Bamboozle had one. I could have sworn there was a crunchy stick but my friend didn’t get that same experience. The shrimp fresh roll is good, and I totally appreciate the size of the shrimp. I just wish it had that smoky char grill taste that I’ve had elsewhere in Riverview.
Other than that, it was a good visit. The food was brought to our table in a good amount of time. I’d go back again if ever in that area. I just don’t go to Seminole Heights very often. I keep saying that I’ll try the pho next time. It’s just too difficult to pass up the Fresh Rolls. Try to catch them when they’re having their “Fresh Roll Wednesday” special. It’s a buy 2, get 1 free deal.
