One of the few places that has kept up it’s quality in food and service post pandemic. The staff is friendly as usual and the burgers are tasty like always. I love that no salt is added to your burger unless you specifically ask for it.

Too pricey for the quality burger I had. No it wasn’t the best but for a burger to be made in an open kitchen you’d expect it to be hot when you unwrap it. It was warm at best. 23 dollars for a burger small fry and small drink is a bit excessive. They make you feel like you’re getting a deal with more fries than not but you are definitely paying for it still. Freestyle drink machine is a plus and the taste of the Cajun fries are top notch.

Its 5 Guys, I was not disappointed. We had the small bacon cheeseburger and a small cheeseburger with fries. Our meal was good, more fries than we could eat. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. If you are in the mood for burgers and fries, this is your place!

It’s not cheap and it’s not gourmet. It’s taste ok but for the price I could eat a burger in a steak house. Looks like there claim to fame is old reviews from newspapers and awards years ago. Time has continued with many new restaurants and places to eat since there last Award in 2018. The fries are greasy and oil soaks into the bag before you walk 15 feet to a table. Best thing about the place is free toppings on your burger. They have a steady flow of customers so I’m obviously not their average customer. Try it for yourself and leave a review of your impressions.

Typical 5 guys restaurant. Burger was ok but not great. Wasn’t bad and staff did a good job but food wasn’t as good as what I have gotten at other 5 guys. Overall I would give it a 3.5 rating.

Food is great. Other than the fact this is the third time I have gone to the one on Pelham rd and told them my order, get home and my burgers have different condiments than what I ordered. How hard is to put condiments on a burger? Your guys weren’t busy at all. All you have to do is read the ticket and put the stuff on the burger how do you mess that up three times in a row I just don’t get it it’s not that hard.
