The last two times we ate burgers from here, we could tell the quality of the burger has gone down! We got hard pieces of grisel and the burgers were not juicy like they used to be. No real taste. You can tell Five Guys are using cheaper ground beef! Even our nephews that live in Ohio who love Five Guys, have made statements about the quality of the beef is a cheaper. It may be fresh, but the taste, not good.

There were two young lads working this day(I am old) that gave excellent service to one and all. They were attentive and very active in their duties. Served with professionalism, polite and helpfulness and were interactive with each customer. What was very impressive to see was when no customer to serve they took to cleaning stations and enjoyed their jobs. My only mistake is I forgot to get their names. But no fuss, I will be going back. Thank you boy’s. Only two guys at five guys. Cheers.
