I ordered a pick up order on their BOGO day, expecting it to be busy, but not as busy as it was or I wouldn’t have ordered. But holy smokes, the crew working absolutely killed it. They were an exemplary model of efficiency, professionalism, and grace under pressure. Everyone was working their hardest and staying on top of the orders pouring in as best they could. The manager was polite to all incoming customers, making sure they were aware of any additional wait time while also making sure everyone was filling their roles to streamline the orders already in. Through it all he remained encouraging and upbeat for his team. It was quite impressive and as always, the burgers were phenomenal!

Really disappointed with this visit. I was charged for a gift card, but when we went to use it, there was no balance on it at all. That’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
On top of that, they forgot about my milkshake. I waited around for about 20 minutes before finally having to go back up to the counter and ask about it. Only then did they realize it hadn’t been made.
To make matters worse, the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted — it was basically just sitting there cold. For the price you pay at Five Guys, you expect better quality control and service.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be coming back.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to open, expecting the store to still be closed and expecting to wait for the 15 minutes until open. However, Antonio had the “Open” sign on, the door unlocked, and was already behind the counter working on an order! He had a very positive attitude and didn’t seem to mind that I came in early for my pickup! LOVE to see this attitude in this day and age! He was very respectful and awesome, and he deserves a raise!

The friendliest staff! My son had not experienced Five Guys before, and he is now in love with the Cajun fries! They really fill up the fries too! Clean restaurant. Fast service. Will go again!

I am impressed with the consistency of service and quality of food at this store. I have been coming to this store for about five months and i have never seen the staff stressed, over worked or overwhelmed and that is impressive due to the high volume of traffic this store gets. They truly are a team and work well together and that’s what I have witnessed on all shifts. I would contribute that to the GREAT LEADERSHIP skills that i have witnessed from management (CHAFFE). CHAFFE is very welcoming and sets the atmosphere for both the staff and customers. The store is never filthy and that includes the restrooms as well. I feel safe consuming food from this store. Thank you for making my life a bit easier and better. Keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS!

I love this food but my goodness is it expensive for a hamburger joint. It’s laughable that their combo add on for fries and a drink is $6 when a bacon cheeseburger is $15+. I would spend less to have a steak meal at Texas Roadhouse with all you can eat rolls and a drink for less than a combo meal here. Five guys has got to get a handle on their prices because I’m not coming back. It also doesn’t help that when I get my food it reeks of weed in the restaurant. Terrible experience.

This is my first time eating at this location. I ordered lunch for pickup. A bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup and mustard. An order of fries and Oreo cookie milkshake. Everything was packaged nicely and the bag was loaded with fresh fries. The fries were lightly salted and the burger was juicy and loaded with cheese. The food is pricey here but, it’s worth it. I would recommend coming here.

$36.55 for 2 Burgers and 2 fries! Not even a drink in there. I think the food was good? I bought it to drop off at a family. They didn’t give a review of the food. I will say, if the food wasn’t so expensive, I would have left a tip for the guy who took my order and handed over my food. His smile was amazing and he was super nice and happy!! The dining area at 3 on a Saturday needed some help and I guess they realized it just after I walked in as an employee was headed for a clean up. The trash was packed full. There were no napkins in the dispenser. The floor could use a sweep. They must have been busy prior to me arriving because 4 customers were waiting for food. I have always loved 5 guys food. The one I used to frequent went out of business. After seeing some online reviews I wasn’t sure if I wanted to order from here but I had no problem with customer service, bad food, or bugs as previous reviews stated. Oh ya! Please give the guy on the register and to go on Saturday July 17 at 3pm a raise!! His smile!!

It took over 18 minutes with no one in from of us to get our food. When we got the burgers the cheese was not melted and the beef was not hot. Less joking and playing and let’s get done hot food ESPECIALLY after a 18 minute wait!!!
