We keep seeing this place in the local magazine and figured we’d give it a try when we were craving wings. We got both boneless and bone in. The boneless were a ton but the bone in were incredible. The sauce was on the side which was the only bummer but I’ll request next time it’s tossed when ordering to go. Very happy with this place!

i looove minnesota style pizza and Carbones does this as good as anyone. locations vary with subtle differences but Eagan & near 50th / france in Edina both standout to me. it’s the doneness, the (accidental?) extra flour on the bottom, the thin crust that still has some body and can fold over…it’s perfect.

Just left about 30 minutes at 6:30pm Friday Dec 19th so I ordered garlic bread and a small pizza and waited more then an hour. The garlic bread took more than 30 minutes and the pizza I never received it the waiter told us she didn’t know why it was taken long. There was a couple next to us who got there after us and they got their food quick and even finished their food while we were still waiting for the pizza. I got up and told the waiter just to give us the tab for the bread. She didn’t even offer any coupon or anything for the wait. This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered a small cheese pizza, a large pizza 1/2 with beef, green pepper and onion and 1/2 with sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion, black olives and green olives and serving of 8 chicken wings, no sauces. Everything was terrible, overcooked, and dry. The worst pizza I ever got from Carbone’s. I wanted a cheese pizza and they had added sausage and green peppers when I never checked either. I feel like I should get my money back or at least three free pizzas along with an apology. Totally disappointed.

I love their pizza and they are always friendly there. Kim answered the phone pleasantly, has a great customer friendly presence and was great when we picked up the pizzas.
Pizzas are always great!
Just picked up pizza so can’t really tell you atmosphere but looks nice. I did notice a fish tank inside.. That’s cool!
