2/17 @ 7pm is when i knew five guys would need receive another dime from me. Ghetto establishments and just unprofessional all around. Does not accept orders online, messes up orders in person and doesn’t have a phone system set up to call. The one in ballantyne is far much better as you can imagine with the area being very different as well. I really hope this franchise gets shut down and replaced with a well ran restaurant.

The cleanest 5 guys I’ve ever seen, they keep it spotless. When I walked in all 5 of the 5 associates working greeted me. Amazing service, polite, and clean. Couldn’t ask for more well done!

3rd attempt to eat here ( all 3 times I had a very negative experience ) … this location is super slow . Last night, when I arrived and approached the counter, I was told that she could not take my order for 5 minutes … when I asked for clarification, I was told “ we are backed up … I have to wait 5 minutes before I can take your order “
After she took my order , I waited about 20 minutes for my two burgers … one of them was rung up incorrectly and I was charged $8 instead of $6 for my mother’s little burger.
This location really needs some help … there were at least 6 employees ( maybe more ) working, but it looked like a circus … thank goodness the burgers are tasty, otherwise I wouldn’t be going back to this location ( it’s the closest to me unfortunately)

Definitely a fresh, quality burger… but not actually my favorite. There’s just not enough savory meatiness, even with a double or triple patty. The flavor of the meat doesn’t come through. If you like fresh lettuce and tomato and a decent bun, though, Five Guys comes through.
Their Cajun fries are good and they give you a ton.
