This was my first time trying five guys, and I was excited. I ordered my food, while a bit expensive, definitely worth it. While the gentleman was calling orders, I accidentally picked up the wrong order, but immediately put it down once I seen it was not my order. However, when my Order was called, the gentleman who prepared it continuously repeat repeated “ Order 26? Number 26? Are you sure? Are you positive”
What he and the other lady who was working at the front didn’t know before they laughed, was that I am experiencing progressive hearing loss. I have not been fitted for a hearing aids yet and a lot of things sound muffled. Please be kind, you don’t know what people are going through.
Food nonetheless was great.

Went here for a Uber eats pick up went to the counter and was ignored, a group of people came in after me and went to the register and were immediately acknowledged and serviced. After all of that another woman came in after me and went to the pick up counter and was immediately serviced before me. I was confused I thought they were just going to call the order out for me at this point and I pick it up but then one of the employees finally decides to acknowledge me and ask if I need help. Horrible service especially for someone doing deliveries where every second counts….

Place is really good! Fresh fresh fresh……, Fries went in bag as I picked it up! Really good burger and lots of topping choices….(think about slaw y’all). I feel it’s a little pricey, about $10 bucks a burger… At least it’s tasty and fresh to order…..

Since when does a little cheeseburger and regular fry cost 20 bucks? This place is gone downhill and the prices have skyrocketed. After my order was Ring up I realize that the register provided a tip that I did not leave. No one in the store knew how to refund it or re-ring my order. Safe to say this will be the last time I go to five guys and matthews, I’ll drive to mint Hill to go to wayback for a much better Burger and cheaper.

Girl at the register was not friendly and didn’t greet me, she stood there and looked at me. After getting my food I looked into my bag and there wasn’t many fries I asked the rude guy doing fries hey may I have more fries and he responded with you got a small. Yes I did very good but everyone but the employees there knows you get plenty of fries. I pay good money for 5 guys and this isn’t right. Just a expensive McDonald’s

I used Uber Eats for dinner on Sunday, 12-5-21. I ordered the veggie sandwich w/cheese, a blt, & a little cajun fries.
I ordered before I left a venue I was at. Deliveries seem to have been running slowly. I believe this order was a little early.
The cajun fries were my splurge. So many even in the small size, couldn’t eat them all. Didn’t eat any bread from the sandwiches; was only interested in the inside, & I got full off the veggies, bacon, & cheese. Was looking for the burger that’s made with lettuce instead of bread (low carb); couldn’t find it.

First time eating at this new location. They provided exceptional customer service even though we arrive close to closing time. We were great led with a smile, the food was cooked as requested and after verifying our order was correct they thanked us for coming and asked us to return. It felt like genuine not like they were trained to say it. Will definitely go here again.

A little cheeseburger for over $7?
That tastes mediocre and stale?
Music played so loudly you can’t hear your number called?
No, no and heck no!
Too many other better options with better tasting burgers.
Almost $15 for two burgers at a fast food joint… and they don’t taste good?
Bummer, because this used to be a place where it was consistently tasty, and service was better.
