In the store right now for a pick up. Been waiting for 38 minutes and counting. Several people have come and gone since I checked in. Won’t be coming back here again.
After 39 mins I got my food. The employee was kind enough to say “God bless you” to me. Hopefully he blesses them with ability to put the fries in the bag a little quicker.

Delicious food and good vibes! I’ve eaten at this tasty spot about a dozen times and can confidently say it’s a 5 star burger joint. The order accuracy has been 100% despite lengthy and complicated orders. Customer service has been outstanding even when they’re working at an ultrafast pace.
If you like burgers, fries, or even just a shake, it’s a great spot.

I had Grilled Cheese and regular fries. They’re great! If you are not allergic to peanuts and I’m not, they have free peanuts here. When you get your orders in the bag, they put extra fries inside of the bag. I looked forward to coming back to that place sometimes soon and thank you Five Guys for a wonderful experience!

I have been a loyal five guys customer for years but I am officially done with this place. They have been skimping on the fries the last few times not even a full cup in a large order and hardly any in the bag and today I get fries served in a little paper bag probably half the old portion size and still charging $8.99 for it. The prices are already very high and now they are being stingy with the portions. Keep screwing your loyal customers who spend $50-$60 everytime and see how long you guys stay in business.

Third time in last two months that I’ve gone to this Five Guys and received tough/chewy overcooked “like day old” fries. My family usually picks Five Guys FOR their fries .. not sure if it’s new supplier, new cook or what but we probably won’t go back for a while.

Such a great choice for a burger. Staff has fluctuated but the ones I have seen working lately are great. The outside seating makes it even more enjoyable. Inside has terrible bright white lighting but the food is great and I’m never disappointed.

First Five Guys experience, and it beat all expectations. Hot and fresh burgers and fries. Burger flavor was on point. Now I had a burger from a place several years ago that I still talk about today it was so good, but this Five Guys was right up there with it, if not better than it was. The staff was friendly and fast. We ordered online with ease. Don’t shy away because of the price. You get a ton of food for the money. There are enough fries for two in the large order. But that’s what I’ve always heard about them, they are proud of their food, and they want to share plenty of it. We found this to be fact in our first experience.
