We haven’t had Five Guys in a while so yesterday I decided to change that with my fiancé since we really enjoy the fries. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and an order of large Cajun fries, which unfortunately identified as Cajun mashed potatoes. We did have to wait for the fries, which wasn’t a big deal, but we figured they would be fresh and crispy like they used to be. Each one of these fries suffered from ED. Needless to say, we were definitely disappointed because we paid $10 for these things And they should’ve stood at attention like a marine. It’s not the end of the world so I gave the store a very fair review but unfortunately this was enough for me not to go back to a Five Guys when there are other options to try for high-quality hamburgers and fries. I hope we take this to heart and bring back the quality to this establishment because with the rising cost of everything the quality should definitely not be going down.

It’s always a terrific burger, but I’m not sure if the cost benefit works out.
From my receipt, you can see I paid a little over $19. There’s a lot of food to be found for that price. Dave’s BBQ brisket platter clocks in at around the same price, and as Malbon Bros brisket platter and I would rather have that than a burger.
All that aside, it is an excellent burger. Fries are, of course, well executed. There are absolutely no complaints about the food. Can I get a similar quality burger at a cheaper price point? Keagan’s has their burger price at $7 before 4 pm. With tip, a generous tip, it will come to $15. Keagan’s has fantastic onion rings to boot.
Despite the great taste, I just can’t seem to justify that price point.
Love you very much, Five Guys, but my next expensive burger will probably be Shake Shack.

You already know how Five Guys is. It’s a steep price but the quality is 100% there. The burger was phenomenal and the fries were overloaded and very tasty. Clean location and friendly staff. Would eat it every day if it wasn’t expensive and if it was healthier. 5/5!

It is always clean here. Very friendly service. Casual place with hot fresh food hot fries and we always get a ton more than we thought we would. Super yummy shakes. It’s a toss up over the chocolate or strawberry for my favorite. This location easy to get to, especially considering the busy road it is on.

The hamburgers and fries are good. I like the spicy Cajun fries, but everything is good. It is certainly not your regular “fast food” as the food is fresh. The burgers are juicy and fresh. Note the prices are HIGH so be warned. It is good, but it is expensive.

Ordered double cheese burger Cajun fry with it in a combo then ordered a second fry regular . Husband ordered what he wanted. Drink machine had dye coming out and it was hard to find a drink that actually tasted good. Some didn’t have color at all and tasted weird like the strawberry Fanta. Got food went home food was not correct called the store to get it fixed . She said we spent 43 dollars for 1 drink 1 mini fry 1 regular fry and 2 double cheese burgers. I tried to explain what I ordered she continues to say she didn’t take my order so she doesn’t know. I say well why don’t you ask the girl that took my order we were the only customers. She proceeded to say that’s not her job. Yeah save your money go to sonic or Wendy’s because this is the worst first experience I’ve ever had in my life. MAKE SURE THEY READ THE ORDER BACK TO YOU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT YOU SAID YOU WANTED THEY WILL GIVE YOU WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE.

It’s ok to love the food, and give a one star review because the prices are absolutely insane. It’s fast food, there is no reason a small cheeseburger, small drink, and small fries should cost over $20 after tax. You can get a better burger with a side and a drink at a steakhouse, fast casual place, bar, etc for cheaper. For those who think Five Guys is fast casual, that’s a negative. If I have to stand in line to order and take my own food to my table and take care of my own trash, it’s fast food.
