can we please agree that the fries pictured CANNOT possibly be 6.99
I called, first gave them benefit of the doubt – did they accidentally give me small fries (in a puch, not a cup?) no, they just don’t use any cups.
I pay for 4 burgers and a 6.99 fries and TIP (10%) for pickup and I get like a mcd large fries at best.
Anyways, the in person service was nice. The call didn’t go so well. Please do better? :’]

Greeted upon entering. Cashier was quick and efficient. Restaurant was very clean and my order prepared quickly. Not sure for the negative reviews of this establishment. This is a better five guys.

I confirmed my order three times, I get sick at the taste of lettuce on a burger, weird I know but that’s just a part of me. Well when I got home I opened my burger to find out that I had been givin a different order I suppose ir a mutation of my dinner. But for my time I called the manager and she offered to remake my burger. So let’s hope they keep to their word and get it right when I go back in. If I’m spending a 21 dollars in a burger and fries I want the order made right the first time gad is to expensive to drive back and fourth for this low effort.

Out of all the 5 guys I’ve been too this one is the worst as far as the fries and attention to detail when it come to the ingredients you want on your burger / franks. I would of gave a 1 star but he staff is really friendly. (Instead of onions and bacon on my frank I got all the way home to barbecue sauce filled Frank (Hotdog)
