I have eaten here a handful of times and each time has been disgusting and the customer service poor. The last time I requested a cup of water and when I took a sip it tasted like hand sanitizer. I returned the drink to the cashier and explained to her what the issue was and she acted as if she suddenly could no longer speak English. Today, I returned to Five Guys at the mall after a long hiatus. I ordered a burger and a cup of water. The same thing; the water tasted like a cleaning agent of some sort. I returned the water and then had to purchase a bottle of water. I tried to explain the issue to the cashier and again this individual pretended not to understand what I was saying. She did nothing to fix the water issue and did not tell her manager who was making food. I will never eat here again.

Five Guys has a special greasy place in my heart. The food always comes out perfect, the team is friendly, and when I asked them if they could make me a five-patty bacon cheeseburger as a surprise for my husband on his birthday they said “heck, yeah!” Thanks for all that you do!
