I would have given this location a better score but they didn’t make my burger like I ordered. Some people have diet restrictions or allergies, so for them to put something on my burger that I didn’t request or what’s ordered can be a major problem for others, health wise.

My visit with this particular Five Guys was good. I could have given 5 stars except for the fries, that had way too much salt on them. I wanted those fries so much too but I had to literally wipe the salt off each fry before eating it. I tried to eat one without wiping it and found myself crunching salt in my mouth. I’m not lying. Finally, I just threw them away, wondering if they were trying to kill me.

My wife and I stopped in 5 guys White Marsh on Memorial day 2023 and the Lady who took our order (Shakira T) was just as nice as a person can be.. She treated my Wife and I with so much respect and Professionalism.. I give that store 5 stars and Shakira T. I give 6 stars..
