This Five Guys is located in the shopping center’s lot in a subgroup of about four other stores. The building facade is very attractive. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff are courteous and friendly. The store is clean and smells delectable. Orders are prepared in efficient time. Other customers were friendly. Strawberry milkshake. cheeseburger and fries were great! Five Guys does not skimp on the fries!

This store is like the other five guys. They all seem to have good staff, good food, and free peanuts. Their shakes are very good, and they use real bananas for the banana shake, unlike most of their fast food competitors. I tried it with coffee this time, but it seemed to come with extra sugar, so I probably won’t do that again. But I will get a Banana shake again.

Ordered online, came in to eat. Everybody seemed cool, good service & food was great. A guy walked in, seemingly not to buy anything but ask for food or drink I guess. He was given a free cup & allowed to use the drink machine. Afterwards, just stood around near the tables, blowing his nose, wiping his mouth & STILL went back to touch things. Hopefully they won’t continue to allow this; everything’s fine other than that.

Workers don’t practice proper hygiene. I ordered a hamburger and watched it being prepared to go and one of the lady (Hispanic looking) touched the arms of her co-worker with the same gloves she was using the make my sandwich I immediately asked for a refund.

The food was still good per usual; however, the service was an all time low. Me and my boyfriend went out to eat after work pretty late, we wanted to celebrate him getting a job but wanted something quick. The first issue arose when we ordered on one the screens and tried to get water cups and didn’t see anything else so we mistakingly grabbed regular cups. The staff there accused us of stealing and said we have to pay for the cups but didn’t let us clarify that we were just trying to get water cups and we ended up paying for regular drinks. The second issue arose when we were going to pay, and we were celebrating my boyfriends job so I went to pay and handed my card over, and the staff proceeded to question why he isn’t paying and making it seem like a weird problem.

Edit: didn’t take very long. Ordered bacon mayo cheese and BBQ. Got mustard, onion, lettuce, tomato, and 2 very small patties. Very disappointing..
