I came to get a fry at closing and I was treated the same as if it were early in the day. From the moment I stepped in Ryan smiled and greeted me, she Rang in my order and also made my fries. She was very attentive and even told me my fries would be right up. I told her she was doing a great job and to keep up the good work!!

This is in reponse to a recent post by Alex McAllister. Went to this location a little over a week ago. Ordered meal to eat in. When I went to the table, noticed that the area was extremely cold. Mentioned this to the employee that handed me the food. His response was that it gets very hot near the cooking area so they turn down the thermostat temperature. Why don’t you put a sign on the door that states: “WE’RE TO CHEAP TO TURN UP THE HEAT”

Stopped here today with a co-worker for lunch, my first time here, I had the bacon cheeseburger and fries, I must say the burger was great and the fries all though a little salty better than anywhere else that good if you haven’t been here give it a try I’d love to hear you opinion.

When I first walked in I was greeted and customer service was superb. The young gentleman was professional and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and missed signage and he was exceptionally patient with me. After I ordered my food I started looking at reviews and got a little nervous. lol. Some reviews said the food was dry. It was not dry! It was delicious. Burger was juicy and fries were crispy. The burger could have used a little salt but I have been told I use too much salt. However, this place is expensive. This is really just a once in a while visit. Too expensive in my opinion

Why did the size of the fries change so drastically without notice….it’s the size of a happy meal fry and/or a to-go wedding cake bag for $7.50. I’ve never been more upset over a fry purchase in my life, I feel robbed. I told the cashier, if I was pregnant I would’ve had a complete melt down.

The food was good, the SERVICE WAS SUPERB!!! The gentleman helped me with ordering (I am on a calorie restricted diet) and he did NOT salt my fries (by request) – I would go back to 5 Guys because of the service I received.
