Clean location & food quality was great. I want to specifically call out how friendly and helpful the staff were – they were wonderful!
Prices are getting nuts, but I’m pretty sure the franchise owners don’t control them, so it’s not fair to blame the individual locations (unless they’re corporate owned).
However, this location is one of the only ones I’ve seen with offers via apps, so that’s always helpful to offset the cost.

Look, as far as fast food, I think Five Guys burgers and fries are top-notch. They used to be five stars across the board because of that. And the burgers ARE still really, really good. The prices, however, have gotten insane. To the point where I just don’t bother going there any more and maybe go a couple of times a year.
Is it worth eating there? Yeah, once in a while. But there are far better value for money places if you’re looking at fast food.

I ordered a hamburger and instead received a cheeseburger. I can’t eat cheese on my burger. For a restaurant that is this expensive for a burger, I expect the order to be correct. Why can burger king do better do a better job at getting the order correct?

I had the classic cheeseburger and fries. Ignoring the fact I paid around $15, the burger was pretty good. The downside is it’s extremely greasy. Just way too much. The fries were mediocre. The meat quality is very good though. I won’t be coming back, thats for sure. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not an amazing one either.

Five guys food is always consistently good. No need to explain more here. All the staff are super kind here! Not sure why some people choose to be rude to them when they always have a smile on their faces even when I order 15 min before closing.

My kid walked in here to grab us 2 burgers and some fries and I gave him $30… it didn’t cover it. For 2 burgers and fries and his burger was a little burger too so it was less. What kind of robbery is this. Your burgers aren’t good enough to be charging that much money for them because the quality of your beef isn’t that great sorry. The ground beef you guys buy in bulk would be covered by 2 burgers. Wake up. Is it because you guys are compensating for the toppings we can add? Toppings don’t make the burger 8+ more dollars for some lettuce and tomato. This is actual just robbery $16+ for a single patty burger you guys lost your minds.
