Ordering a pizza here was a nightmare, trying to get a refund on a bad pizza was even worse. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Domino’s Pizza Store I’ve been to. I’m 64 years old, I’ve eaten plenty of Domino’s Pizza in my life, and even worked for the company at one point. When I went to the store this evening to get a remake on the pizza or get a refund, the manager berated me and explained he was not able to do either for me since we had eaten some of the pizza. How could we know if the pizza was going to be bad unless we ate some of it? I picked it up after 9:00 p.m. the previous evening, brought it home to my family, and we were both sick this morning. During my ordeal, it was expressed to me by the so-called manager that he would have to contact the district manager to see if a refund could be processed or approved because the manager did not have Liberty to do so. Having worked at Domino’s before, I have never experienced this type of mistreatment in my life. It’s only pizza, it’s not real estate or anything expensive. It literally took an argument for me to get my receipt back from this so-called manager, who then took the remainder of my pizza and threw it in the trash. During the exchange of words, this manager told me I needed to be quiet because it was his turn to speak. At that point I raised my voice and demanded my receipt back and he didn’t want to give it back to me. I hope the franchise owner is reading this review and shut down the store because we will never eat at Domino’s again. We’re telling everybody we possibly can through online reviews to boycott this store and demand they close it down because if this is all they think about their patrons, then they don’t deserve to be in business. I hope the district manager sees this and contacts me personally through my email address because the so-called manager told me he would not give me any contact phone numbers for any type of management other than the store level. Please contact me through this email and this review because Domino’s needs to fix this and fix it fast. I promise you we will do everything we can to get this store shut down. *****Is it now Domino’s policy to prepare dough ahead of time and leave it out in the open air to dry out or spoil before a pizza is made? That has not been my past experience as a former Domino’s employee.

I have been a customer for many years, and this is without a doubt the best Domino’s store I have ever visited.
The General Manager, Edgar Rivera, is by far the best manager I have ever encountered in my life. He is sympathetic, friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. His leadership completely transformed this store.
What once felt like a sad place is now clean, welcoming, and full of positive energy that makes you want to stay and keep eating. The team works in harmony, the store is spotlessly clean, and the difference is noticeable the moment you walk in.
The owners should be extremely proud of him. As a long-time customer, I can honestly say the improvement is remarkable. Customers are very satisfied, and it truly shows.
If you want the best pizza experience, go to the Millertown store.

Had not been to this Domino’s in quite some time so I ordered a late night pizza for dinner using the app for the first time pluses used an app coupon. Got a medium Parmesan stuffed crust pizza with pepperonis and onions plus 2 marinara dipping cups. Added a little ground black pepper and some Kinder’s butter onion seasoning. Oh my goodness!
Tasted amazing! I highly recommend!
Leftovers will be great in the air fryer.

Came in to get a pizza noticed worker didn’t have on gloves asked worker are they not required to wear gloves she said no. As I watched her touch everything in the store, phone computer at the counter, rub the side of her head she starts making my pizza I had to ask the young lady to wash her hands pls because in this day and age we have Covid it’s the flu season and ppl are carrying germs everyday this should be addressed. They should be in gloves .

A pizza was delivered and left at my door now I had to wait for the second half of my delivery so I had hot pizza with no drink or salad or I could wait for my meal to come and have cold pizza with my drinking salad manager wanted to make nothing right. last time I will order from this Dominos.

I just left here about 30 minutes ago in a rush because I have a class tonight. Lo and behold the one time I’m in a rush my pizza is wrong! I mean completely wrong! Missing toppings and the wrong crust. How when the order was submitted online and all it had to be was read off the screen and made. So now I’m hungry and can’t just come back right now and to top it off, I am currently on the phone listening to the specials and been sitting here already 18:06 minutes per my phone and nobody has answered. How! How are any phone orders being taken if nobody is answering the phone. I will be in touch with the manager and whoever else I need to contact. This is ridiculous! It’s an older lady who looks to be about in her 60’s and a guy there when I walked in to get my order. Wisdom to leadership, it is not the product itself. It is the people being hired to prepare the product. I hung up at 22:02 because clearly I’m not going to get anywhere calling.

I ordered some food and got charged twice. Went through all the hoops, even a dispute, and have never gotten my money back and no one in management cares or even gives a call back. I won’t be eating Dominos anymore.

I put an order in for a small pizza, it took like an 1 hour to cook the pizza and like an 1:30 – 2:30 too check the quality of the pizza, then they said the pizza was delivered, but there wasn’t even a vehicle in sight, then like 20-30 mins later they canceled my order luckily I was paying in cash or I would have to wait 2-3 business days to get my money back which is just too long. Why make someone wait like 2 hours for a pizza just to canceled it.

First time going to this location. Ordered online for pizza on sale. It was supposed to be ready when I got there. I ordered carry out. Sat in my car for ten minutes waiting. Finally went in and stood at the counter for another ten minutes. Was told they lost my order, so I had to wait again to have it made. Needless to say, it wasn’t a good experience
