This location is kind of far from the hotels but it’s walkable about 10 minutes depending on what hotel you stay at. The inside clean and the staff members are not overly friendly but they have good customer service. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because the fries were overly salty and overcooked. But I got a hamburger and hot dog and they’re both delicious.

We were visiting Washington, DC, and decided to stop at this Five Guys. As always, the burgers were tasty and up to the usual standard. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the condition of the restaurant and the staff’s attitude. The dining area was noticeably dirty, and the employees were so rude that we felt uncomfortable just being there. It almost seemed like serving us was a burden rather than their job.
There were only two parties in the restaurant—us and one other customer—so it wasn’t a matter of being busy. I was polite when speaking with the staff, but it made no difference. To make matters worse, when I asked for the restroom code (which should have been printed on my receipt but wasn’t), the staff member acted annoyed, as if I was out of line for even asking.
Overall, the food was good, but the service and cleanliness at this location were very disappointing.

Good burgers. I had the bacon cheese dog. It was okay. I would not try it again. My wife and kids had burgers. Everyone said their burgers were good. Their fries are amazing. A large is huge! We tried to save a little on drinks. The water cups are laughable. It’s hot outside. It’s really no different than David’s burgers. Nothing to bring me back.

I got the double patties cheeseburger with caramelized onions, sautéd mushrooms, mustard, and mayo.
I also got the little fries. They were incredibly generous with the fries as you can see, even though I got the smallest size.
The service was very quick in this branch.
My total was around $18. Pretty good for a big meal.

When order was called I went to collect it, looked in the bag to see the fries had been thrown atop of the rest of the order, not in a bag or anything just dumped on top of everything else.
I asked ‘im sorry are the fries supposed to be thrown in like that’ ‘ should they not be in a bag’ , the woman I had asked responded with an irritable ‘ehh’.
I gave her the benefit of the doubt as if she just hadn’t heard me properly, and so repeated myself kindly asking if that was how the fries should be,
Again was met with an ‘ehh’ this time with a contorted face,
After I said ‘really is that how it should be’,
The woman responded with ‘that’s how it comes’ sarcastically,
I chose to leave it and went to eat,
Would have been happy with a simple ‘sorry’ or any for of accountability and would have moved on but the ignorance and quite frankly stupidity of the woman is unacceptable.
Food was alright however, even with chips being thrown atop the rest.

This place was dirty and the service was rude and dismissive. The food was good so if you like five guys and don’t mind being treated poorly and eating on dirty tables then this place is great. Was also in a convenient location.

This is exactly what we needed after a looooong day walking about DC. We stupidly ordered a large Cajun fries which was an insanely large portion. That amount of chips shouldn’t even be allowed it was good though – hit the spot for something quick and tasty.

Five Guys is one of my favourite fast food due to it’s amazing burgers and milk shakes. This one is as good as the other five guys. Burgers were perfect, employees are kind and friendly. We just waited a bit more than I expected but the food was good so I didn’t mind.
