Just as delicious as any other Five Guys I have been too. We had the Cheeseburger, the Bacon Cheeseburger, and a order of the Cajun fries. The fries could have used another second or two in the fryer. The burgers were both so delicious! Friendly employees. So glad we have one closer to Dover now!

The food was okay overall, but the fries could have been cooked a little longer, so they were more crispy. They were out of napkins, which is not good when eating food with your hands. It also seemed like none of the tables were wiped down when we got there. One of the employees did come out and wipe the tables and swept while we were there, but when we arrived, they weren’t busy, so I would have expected the tables to already be clean. This was our 2nd visit to this location, and the first experience was much better. Maybe an off day for the team at this site.

Yes today is the first day in grand opening but unfortunately they were not prepared and when I asked the general manager to make sure my french fries were well-done (or at least cooked all the way ) and a hotdog well-done the general manager, he says “we only do it one way”! I told him that is not true I’ve been on the Fiveguys for over 22 years and also in other countries too and when you asked for your french fries to be cooked all the way through they have no problem the general manager had a sassy tongue and his acid tongue is not pleasurable . Here are the photos to prove the french fries were uncooked and potentially harmful I will be contacting the corporate office they had more than adequate time to get up and running and train the staff properly. I hope my second visit is much better because I eat at five guys twice a week sometimes 3 times. On a bright point, the little cheeseburger was cooked perfect & the hot dog was also cooked perfection but French fries, had to chuck them. I cannot get sick from eating uncooked food.

This is the third or fourth time they have messed something up and they charge way to much money to be screwing up orders far worse than the fast food chains out there (McDonald’s, BK, etc). This time they undercooked two large fries (they were wet, undercooked) and then the Cajun fry they proceeded to dump what appeared to be majority of a container of seasoning on the fries.

Slow. 28 mins for an overpriced burger that was served cold, soogy fries that stain the bag and my vehicle seat. I only ordered 3 thing; burger, fries, milkshake and the service was super slow and by the time the order was up we didn’t get any salt on the fries, the burger was cold and the fries where overdone and soaking through the back. You have failed to gain me as a regular customer as this was my first time coming in. I am appalled by the time it took to deliver sub par food. I refuse to eat here ever again.

Man I didn’t know making 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries took 25 mins. The food was decent, no one greeted me at the register. For $40 I would expect good customer service and exquisite food. Yeah, no, I think I would just go to Jake’s wayback from now on. This was just my experience.
