I had a great experience at Five Guys today. Business seemed to be picking up, but my order still came quickly. The quality of the food was uncompromising, and I was impressed by the efficiency of the crew working the early afternoon shift. The standout part of my lunch was the lady who took my order. Anijah was very kind and helpful. When I forgot to grab the water I bought, she called me over and handed it to me with a smile. Nothing about her personality seemed fake. Overall, she made my day and I was very pleased with the service.

When I went the 1st time. I believe it was all girls and they messed up my burger. Didn’t even give me my extra patty but the guys there are AWESOME. I used to work for five guys in Dc but these guys make an awesome patty melt and they didn’t forget my extra patty.

Before I get into what happened, I will preface this with my wife being hospitalized at The Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania. We have been stressed with several items told to us by her medical team during her stay. My best friend gifted me and my wife money to get food outside of the hospital so we had a sense of normalcy during a time of abnormality.
That said, I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
I placed an Uber Eats order for a bacon cheeseburger with Lettuce, Pickle, Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms, A-1 Sauce, and an Extra Patty.
For beverages, we ordered two Lemonades, an Oreo Double Stuff milkshake for my wife, and a Salted Caramel Whipped Cream milkshake for myself (my wife only wanted a milkshake).
When the order was received and unpacked in her hospital room, my wife asked if I ordered one milkshake. I went to the bag and read both milkshakes that should have been in the bag. My wife’s milkshake was in the order, and mine was not.
Upset at this revelation, I bit into my burger twice…
No A-1 sauce on my burger. NONE.
Needles to say, upset is not the word I am using: Disappointed is the word for this experience. At this point, I am deep into the mindset of No Confidence that Five Guys cares about Quality Control and Order Accuracy.
After this abysmal experience, I will not order from this location, and I am having doubts about spending money, my own or gifted, at other Five Guys locations.

. I wanted to share some feedback about my recent DoorDash orders. Whenever the male manager, Dayjon, is working, my orders are always perfect fresh, hot, and made exactly how I requested. I really appreciate his great customer service and attention to detail.
However, I’ve noticed that when a woman named Missy is working I think she said that was her name but she’s a manager I think but , my orders often come out wrong or cold.when she’s there she always tries to say this and that is done when I’m telling her it can’t if I’m receiving poor quality food . I sometimes receive regular fries instead of Cajun, and the food quality isn’t consistent. When I’ve called before, she’s told me the fries are made hot for the driver, but that doesn’t match my experience. I always order express delivery, so my food should still be hot and fresh.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention because I value your restaurant and order very very often, but I want to feel confident that my order will be right every time, no matter who’s working. But for now on I just won’t order when she’s there . I never get an extra scoop or anything when she’s there it’s only a little in the cup . So I will only be ordering when other managers are there I guess .

Everyone working here at night is unbelievably lackadaisical. They do not care about getting your food to you quickly nor do they care about treating your food with care. A burger and fries took 20 minutes with one other order and no delivery drivers waiting for mobile orders.
I don’t know who’s in charge here because the entire kitchen looks like multiple chickens with their respective heads cut off. Do better.
