Five guys are always consistent and clean. Their burgers are delicious, fresh, and quality meat. The mammoth burgers always come with two mouth-watering patties with the option to add a plethora of free toppings. The cheese dogs are also a surprise favorite. The fries are off the charts. There is always service with a smile 🙂 Janeeka went above and beyond to serve me at an ultimate level that is rare to find today.

I usually order from a different location but decided to try the Granite Run location instead. Placed my order online. Walked into the store and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. What a nice and wonderful surprise. Our food was great as well. I’ll definitely be going back.

I was initially greeted well. But after paying the cashier asked in an almost threatening tone “why didn’t you tip?”
I checked the receipt, Martin V. was the cashier.
While I was waiting, the same cashier prepped my food, but was also staring at me.
Not only was I worried about him doing something with my order, I also just didn’t feel comfortable.
The same cashier also handed me my order, but this time demanded “next time you should tip”
I probably should have talked to the manager, but unfortunately I didn’t have much time.
Overall, I think the service at this 5 Guys has gone down dramatically.
Not just for asking about a tip, but just the overall experience. I’ve been going for years, and this was overall just a bad taste in my mouth.

I always heard 5 guys was expensive, and this ahure does live up to that. However, the one meal was enough to feed two people. More importantly, the service was really nice. I probably won’t go again just because of the price being a little out of the range of what I am willing to pay. However, if you’re the target audience, I’d go to this location based on service.

Well I’ve never ordered the grilled cheese before 5.50. I have an aversion for something I can make at home, but sometimes I like to try new things and get blown away. They did not disappoint, they used their burger buns so it was actually smaller than it would be if I did it at home and it didn’t taste that great being cooked on the griddle. But I think they realized how sad it was going to be they made me a fresh batch of fries, put it in with a little extra, but then the girl looked back and put the rest of the batch in there. Thank goodness that was the real reason why I was there. Fries were amazing and I have leftovers for tomorrow.

I will say Five Guys has good burgers, as advertised. I loved my burger. The fries were thin cut, but not crispy. The fries were alright, not great. The service was average. The staff did their job, but not enough to deserve a tip. I say that, because the registers ask for a tip here. They put my food in a bag, although I wanted to eat in the restaurant. Not on a tray. Bringing my food to my table would make me tip as well, but that is not part of their service. Prices are high. Even little fries are $5. I think high food prices are our government’s fault, but I want to warn everybody. If you come here for cheap fast food, Five Guys isn’t cheap. I had a decent experience here. I just have to be honest about what I thought was right, and what I thought was wrong. That’s how I review.

Little Bacon Cheese Burger with Regular fries and a large drink costed $21.00.
The food is good, but the hamburger is not big enough to even fill the whole bun.
seems to expensive for fast food.
Should add speed bumps to the parking lot to make it safer.
