Excellent! What you expect for a Five Guys. The peanut oil they cook with gives good flavor. Love the Bacon Cheeseburger- juicy tender beef patties, flavorful bacon, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. Or whatever condiments you like. The french fries are salty and delicious with flavor from the peanut oil. We always enjoy there food. Price wise – around $20 per person.

My third time visiting the Cranberry location, and again it didn’t disappoint. It’s still unfortunate that the Ross Park Mall location closed making this the closest, and after biking on a warm February day I was in the mood to undo my progress with a burger and fries. I showed up around 5pm after placing a mobile order, but was worried since it took me a bit to get there due to traffic and distance. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, medium Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake (a classic combination!) so of course I didn’t want it to be sitting there at room temp when I arrived.

Thankfully they still make a decent amount of it when you get there to ensure freshness! As soon as I announced I was there for an online order some of the crew prepped the milkshake and put together a new batch of fries while I waited at the pickup table. After a few minutes I had everything and sat down, noticing how clean and organized the restaurant was. This isn’t your typical McDonald’s with sticky floors and debris everywhere. All seats were pushed in, the floor and table tops were clear of messes, and a young worker spent most of the time I was there going around emptying trash cans and tidying up. Most fast food joints neglect that due to having everyone hurriedly filling orders at the drive through and being understaffed. A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time.

I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from! Plus all the signs around the restaurant touting news articles mentioning the popularity of Five Guys. It all just stands out from the drab gray appearances of remodeled modern fast food places. I’d say my only gripes were the cost, it does tend to be notably higher here than the competition. And me always forgetting to order the small fries, you get plenty with that and half of them overflow the cup and are in the bag, haha!

Great place for burgers! I got the little bacon cheeseburger and it was huge! I got it “all the way” with all the best toppings! The fries were amazing and a small was huge! My strawberry milkshake was SO GOOD! A little pricey (62) for two adults and two kids. They were not stingey with the portions!

Came from the turnpike and was starving and had to use the bathroom. I went straight to the bathroom and was finished in 5 mins. As I was finishing an employee banged on the door as hard as he could as if I was some homeless person. I opened the door and told him I was using the restroom. I left without ordering and grabbed a protien shake at the gas station across the street. Someone should teach the employees not to mistreat their customers. Maybe more oversight for this location. I have never had that happen before or since. This place is run by immature children running amok.

Love Five Guys. Yes, it is a little pricey. But oh boy the burgers are pretty big, cooked just right, and so many fries. It’s a great treat to eat here. Staff was friendly.

Walked in and kid walking to register & asks for me to wait; he’s tying his apron on. It’s like I see you aren’t ready for me & I just walked in I need to look at the menu. Michael M., guy who waited on me, finally ready and I give him first hamburger order and I am in the middle of giving him second one when he interrupts me and says the regular ones are two patties and small are one patty. He caught me so off guard I’m like “What?” He says it again. I looked at him like you should have explained that before I started my order. Plus you shouldn’t be interrupting a customer. I said that’s fine and finish my order. He doesn’t read it back to me. Just tells me the total. First, Michael has no personality, seemed annoyed I was even there and screwed up my burger order. The second burger was supposed to be a Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo, tomato, pickle and grilled onion. He puts in the system bacon, mayo, lettuce, grilled onion and pickle.
I did get my order pretty fast but when I got home is when I discovered not only was my burger order wrong but the cooks put no bacon on my Bacon Cheeseburger. How hard is it to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger order?? I paid $2.00 extra for no bacon. I wish I hadn’t left that 10% tip. Over paid and Very disappointed in this Five guys restaurant.
Here’s the best part. They weren’t even busy. There was one guy waiting for his order and a family of four who walked in behind me who were being taken care of by another cashier. Be aware of mediocre service going to this Five guys.

It’s burgs n’ fries and burgs n’ fries!
You can’t go wrong at Five Guys Cranberry. Food is fresh and made-to-order. They have the best fast food burger. Definitely the highest quality and freshest made for a counter service restaurant. I didn’t feel sluggish after my meal like I would at most other fast food joints. The fries are great and they are aplenty! IYKYK.
Restaurant was very clean and very busy. Staff were super nice and committed to their jobs. Will certainly be back.

A man in a Red Collared shirt was being very immature when my friend and I were ordering some food, and made racist jokes that left me deeply disturbed. My friend and I were very pleased with the food at least, but still left with a disappointing experience overall.

Beyond overpriced food.
A cheese burger with fries, no drink, and it’s 21$? Their posted starting wage is only 16$. The employees couldn’t buy their own food if they had to.

Avoiding 5 Guys now, it’s cheaper to get a lunch for two at Olive Garden or any sit down restaurant chain.
