One of the best burger places to quickly grab and go or either eat there! They always have friendly staff and acknowledge you! If there were any problems the managers will quickly address the problem and try to make everything right just for happy customer and raving fan! Will always come back to enjoy the food and their environment!!
My typical order was prepped and called out in only 7 minutes, very fast. I ate there and as a result the food was super hot and fresh. As always the fries were overflowing the cup (one of my favorite things about Five Guys) and you can see I spilled them all out onto the wrapper in the photo. You really only need to order a small for a single person. Small cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and chocolate shake were very good and on par with other locations. A bit pricey at $18 for one person, but I prefer the taste and quality to other fast food joints and have never really had a bad experience unlike at nearly every McDonald’s with sticky floors and screwed up orders. To be fair it was hard to up the price with one of their tasty milkshakes, although I do also love that they have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines to mix yourself a perfect flavored pop/soda!
After eating half of the meal, I started having stomach issues. I will not describe them here, but this was my worst experience with a delivery from a local restaurant via GrubHub. I did not want to reach out to the restaurant because – while I had something akin to food poisoning – I wanted to wait until I was ready to write this review. Needless to say, and in spite of some of this place’s stellar reviews, I will never set foot there or order from them again.
I think Allegheny County Health Department should check them out, and GrubHub be more inquisitive regarding both their restaurants and delivery drivers.
