First time getting this and it was very good. I ordered the “little” bacon cheeseburger and a small fry. When I got to my apartment, I opened the bag and holly fries! So many fries, and boy they are good. I would have liked a little salt for my taste, but who doesn’t love fresh cut fries? Next time I will see if they have vinegar available to take. The burger was still big, but it was delicious for sure. I was very full, but next time I might skip the fries and try a milkshake. I will definitely be back for sure. Fast order even for lunch.

This Five Guys location has been solid for 10+ years. Whoever is managing it, knows how to do it right. I hope the employees feel the same, because they’ve always been fantastic.

Stepping into Five Guys, known for its no-frills approach to serving up quality burgers, I was greeted with the enticing aroma of sizzling beef and freshly cut potatoes. The minimalist decor and open kitchen concept added to the overall casual and inviting atmosphere.

The star of the show, the burger, did not disappoint. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. The option to customize with a variety of toppings, including their famous fries, elevated the dining experience.

While the burger shone brightly, the same cannot be said for the prices. Compared to some other fast-food burger joints, Five Guys leans towards the pricier side. Although the quality justifies the cost, it may not be ideal for those on a budget looking for a quick bite.

Service was efficient, with orders prepared promptly and accurately. The staff seemed knowledgeable and eager to assist with any special requests, enhancing the overall customer experience.

In conclusion, if you are craving a good burger and are willing to pay a bit more for quality ingredients and customization options, Five Guys is worth a visit. Ideal for those looking for a satisfying burger experience and a laid-back dining atmosphere. However, if you’re watching your wallet, you might want to consider other more budget-friendly options.

The place dirty and one of the guys was in a and mood when I asked about how can I get in the restroom. There is not any sign where they tell you you need a code for open the door. The food was dry or over cooked. There wasn’t water available to drink, just soda.

Ordered nearly $70 worth of food through Uber Eats and somehow Five Guys managed to send ONLY the milkshakes. That’s it. No burgers. No fries.

Before anyone asks: yes, the order was correct on the receipt. Yes, the Uber Eats driver confirmed they were handed a sealed bag (that was clearly not heavy enough to contain, you know, FOOD). This was 100% a restaurant error.

How does a place that specializes in burgers forget… all the burgers? So disappointing.

The employees were so rude and racist. I formally complained to headquarters and am still waiting for a response. I brought my family from abroad to try Five Guys. It was New Year’s Day and snowy, and we have a small dog, so we didn’t plan to dine in. We just wanted grab and go. The employees kept yelling at my family and rolling their eyes. There were only three customers at the time, and my family didn’t interfere with their dining experience at all. We were planning to leave as soon as we received our order. Not to mention, the employee who took the order was so impatient the moment I stepped into the restaurant. When I ordered, I was by myself. Because it was snowing, I asked my family to bring the dog in until the order was ready (about 2 minutes). I had already told the employee that we would leave as soon as possible. Despite this, they kept rolling their eyes and yelled at us. My family came from abroad, and it was their first experience at Five Guys. This is not acceptable. I will continue to raise this issue.

The place was very spacious. The guy came right over and rang me out. He was nice . However, I did ask for my onions to be grilled , they were not and that played a big part in the enjoyment of my sandwich. Those onions are very potent and almost messed up my stomach, thats why I order onions the same way everywhere.
Secondly, The sandwich itself had no flavor or anything to pull me in. It was equivalent to eating a plastic sandwich. Nothing drew me in. So, everyone that referred me to 5Gs, I should’ve eaten at home.
Lastly,
They kept fixing their personal clothes with their gloves on and rubbing the back of their pants, that is 100% unsanitary. The quality of the food is just not there . You’re paying for the company name.

Best Five Guys ever. I rolled in dangerously close to
closing time. They still took care of me. Super polite and everyone was having a good time while they were cleaning up for the evening. Thanks for not turning me away guys.

I live close and been to this place more than 100 times ! It’s clean and the food is always good! Best burger ever. Yes it’s more expensive than other fast food places, but the quality is much better. For people that say a burger is $15 or $16, I don’t think it’s true. They might have gotten three patties with cheese and bacon! Because usual burger (double patties) is around $10 and mini burger is around $8.
This location has welcoming and friendly staff as well.

This is the fifth Five Guys I’ve been to. After trying to get to the Oakland location which was too hard to park near on a busy Friday night, I decided to go downtown to this location. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake. Overall it was a reasonably quick and smooth process, restaurant was clean and orderly.

Despite being on the menu, I ordered a coffee milkshake only to be told they don’t have that flavor and maybe haven’t for about a year! Perhaps cover it on the menu after that long, haha. Fries were great as usual but weren’t overflowing in the bag like I’ve had every time I’ve gone to the Ross Park Mall location. It truly felt like a ‘small’ because of that. Burger was good but this is the last time I’ll get it with lettuce. Unlike Wahlburgers which gives a nice green leaf, this was the unpleasant white, hard type of lettuce which isn’t for me personally.
