There’s peanut butter milkshakes and then there’s PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKES…and this place has stellar shakes. Enjoyed mine with peanut butter, peanut butter cups, and whipped cream. One price, no up charge for add-in’s. It was a meal in itself, and this review is only based on this delicious, delectable, decadent dessert…BUT judging from the onslaught of people coming in for burgers and fries, I think we’re going to be returning real soon to check out the rest of the menu options here. Five Guys, Five Stars!

Corinthian was our guy at the cash register, he asked me “how’s your day going?”. That seems so simple but we’ve been traveling for a week and eating at multiple places daily and he was literally the first one to ask me anything. He was nice, efficient and super chill. The food was great and as always the fry size is massive! We got Cajun and loved it and also got little bacon burgers all the way (mayo, pickles, lettuce and tomato, grilled mushrooms and onions and mustard). Me and my son loved em. Great flavor, cooked fresh and cooked perfectly. I should have gotten the shake, I regret not getting one

Visited this location for our first experience with five guys. They were very quick and understanding when they realized we weren’t familiar with ordering there as we asked for a combo and they explained you order each item individually. We had the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon burger with a regular fries and a Cajun fries. I really enjoyed the spice level of the Cajun fries as well as the flavour of the fries in general. The burgers are MASSIVE as you get two patties with these burgers. We had tried Red Robin recently and found this to be a MUCH better value and experience for the cost. While the price is a bit higher than an average burger place but the value is met. For this reason it won’t be a regular spot but definitely will be a treat for us. The only issue I had with our experience was how wet the floor was around the drink and condiment stations making it slippery in that area. One of the drink machines was out of order and these two things may have been related.

Order was entered incorrectly but we checked receipt and luckily caught it. Fries were very well done and almost seemed like may have been cooked twice. For some reason, 5 Guys in Chicago area tastes so much better with amazing fries. Don’t know what’s going on at this location. Very expensive too, for fast food.

My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab dinner. The line was long, as expected on a Friday night, but after making us and everyone behind us wait while they caught up on orders, the service continued to get worse.
We ordered and then waited by the glass. I ordered a lettuce-wrapped little bacon cheeseburger. My boyfriend ordered a regular little bacon cheeseburger. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our order, which would have been overlooked if the customer service had not been so terrible. They didn’t put any of the condiments I ordered on my “wrap.” They only put bacon on my boyfriend’s burger. As they covered the bowl with my “wrap”, my boyfriend told the staff it was supposed to be a wrap, not a bowl. They proceeded to state they were out of lettuce and called our order number to tell us (they did not). When my boyfriend said, “I guess y’all aren’t going to give us the bacon either.” The female, we are assuming was a supervisor because she was in a black shirt, stated, “sorry, bruh” (they ran out).So we paid extra for something we didn’t get on top of it all.
There was no sense of communication or customer service. The icing on the cake was the “bruh” statement. We will not be supporting this location any longer. I would suggest avoiding it, especially if there is a line longer than two people.

Only my second time to a Five Guys and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was this time around. The burger was very good and the produce was very fresh. Fries were hot and tasty

It’s not a cheap burger but man is it good. I like this location as everyone who works there is always friendly and they all seem to be enjoying themselves which I think is spectacular… and the food is always on point.
