Like every other restaurant the food prices have gone up. But at this Five Guys, the food is delicious. The burgers are juicy and well cooked well. The staff is super friendly, all smiles and a personal greeting. Rhe restaurant is clean. If you enjoy a great fresh burger and freshly cooked fries, this is the place.

Just a tip for first time visitors, the hamburger is actually huge, get the little hamburger if you want it to be regular sized.

Five guys is perfect for anyone with a gluten allergy. When I order in person they take my allergy (celiac) seriously, I really wish there was a way to mention allergies when ordering online!! The only gluten in the restaurant is the buns, so the fryer and fries are safe. The lettuce wrap (instead of a gluten bun) are really good and hold up so well. Thank you for having quality safe food for celiacs!

The worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant like this. I love the food here, but the service was terrible. I ordered a hamburger and they didn’t ask me what toppings I wanted, so they gave it to me plain. They also didn’t give me a receipt. Then they called out my number, and asked me what my number was. I told them I didn’t know my number because they hadn’t given me a receipt, and they spoke to me rudely!

Yesterday my coworkers and I went to Five Guys for lunch. This place was great. Very clean. Nothing fancy. Great service. Especially the girl in the black shirt who took our order, which makes the place a little different than what is in Merrick. Really good food. What else is there to say? 100%

One thing is always certain with Five Guys: the quality of the ingredients is lockstep consistent and the food is always very good, even if the price is a bit steep. The hamburgers always taste great, fries are served in (over)abundance and drinks are always great thanks to the Coca-Cola custom drink machines. Shakes are also great. Easy to beat on price, sure, but nearly impossible to beat on quality of the products.
