I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but unfortunately the bacon was missing. The burger itself tasted good, and I enjoyed the flavor. However, if customers pay for specific items, the order should be complete. I didn’t mention it at the time, but I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail in the future.

Free Peanuts and this location is quite clean and the staff nice.
I am not a huge burger guy, but this burger tasted pretty good, a bit greasy, and the cheese not fully melted, but all in all a decent burger better than fast food comparisons.

Best Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Always busy so the food and vegetables are fresh! The cook washed his hands and changed his gloves twice while i was waiting for my food… Awesome spot!

The food was great but their chocolate shake was out of this world! I don’t know what it is but it is deli-freaking-cious!!! I also noticed the place was really clean and it was because they were cleaning things. I haven’t seen staff clean a place so much. Pretty impressive!!

I come in and I ask for a veggie sandwich and please extra toast the bread. The very young black girl at the counter did her job and told the people extra toast the bread. That didn’t appear to go over well as the people who make the sandwich didn’t repeat it back to the counter girl. Right there I knew my bread wasn’t gonna be extra toasted.
Understand I’m trying to help you out. That sandwich cost seven dollars and I never can finish it because the bread can’t handle the veggies. It’s a complete mess by the time you’re halfway finished. the bread gets completely soggy and the sandwich turns into a salad..
So forgive me for being a vegetarian. I don’t eat your hamburgers as probably those buns are for burgers. They don’t measure up to the veggie sandwich. But I don’t understand if you don’t extra toast the bread just say so. Then at least I have the choice to say all right then, maybe I don’t want it or you guys are gonna toast the bread so that I could finish the damned sandwich.
Am I really asking too much?
I will probably give it one more try. After that, it’s bye-bye five guys..

No surprises that this is an expensive burger but it is good! Is it worth 13$ for a cheeseburger, I’m not sure. The best thing here is still their Cajun spice fries!

Awesome burger. Grabbed the bacon cheese burger and added tomato, mustard, onion and ketchup. Amazing fresh burger taste best fast food burger I’ve had on this coast of the USA. The fries are easily the best fast food fries I’ve had anywhere. Of course they should be called chips but it’s ok its an Aussie thing. Love that you can have free peanuts. Awesome diner feel with all the red and white. Great music selection, living the blues. The place is accessible with accessible rest rooms.
