This locatjon was a 10/10. I ordered late, felt bad because I knew it was an hour before closing. The staff was friendly, the inside was visibily clean from the parking lot and it did not disappoint when I walked it. There was nothing on the floor, the tables and counters were clean. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, accommodating and worked well together. I was so impressed because it was the end of the night (10pm). I have never seen anything like this before. I was 6 mins away when I ordered and the online system said it would be about 11 mins for my order. No biggie! The food was hot and fresh. The fries were hot, crunchy and lightly salted. The burgers were cooked to perfection! I live 20 mins away and the food was still piping hot when I returned home. There are two locations closer to me. I think I will skip those and visit this location exclusively. I am so happy I stopped by! The team that worked at this location on the evening of March 7th all deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to providing excellent service. Not going to lie, when I saw my total for the ordered I kinda cringed at the cost ($62 for 3 double burger meals with tax, fees and small tip). The experience and quality helped make up for it (mostly lol). This is real food and this is real service. Thank you!!

Grabbed take out from here in a pinch. The wait wasn’t bad and the service was good but unfortunately our orders were not correct. We got take out and when we got home all of our sandwiches were missing multiple toppings. I know five guys is expensive which I understand but spending hard earned money on a family meal only to be disappointed sucks. I will be spending my money elsewhere moving forward. I e-mailed the website shortly after this happened and got ZERO response.

My experience at this location was disappointing, with frozen cheese that wasn’t melted and overly salty fries. For $20, I expected a cheeseburger with melted cheese and fresh fries, but neither was the case. Additionally, the employees had difficulty communicating in English, which made ordering frustrating as I had to repeatedly clarify my requests. I would advise avoiding this location if possible

Susan was extremely informative & patient with my friend & I. It was our first time there & we had so many questions. My friend doesn’t eat meat & had the veggie burger. They enjoyed it. Especially because it was actual veggies & not a soy based burger. We had the Cajun fries & a Oreo milkshake. The fries were more garlic than Cajun. No actual spice to it. The milkshake was good to me but sweet.

A really good burger and fries! You can customize your meal in a variety of ways and you always get more fries than you would expect! I’ve been to four different locations and everything was consistently good throughout! There is also a box of delicious roasted peanuts to munch on while your burger is cooked.

I love the plain hamburger with onions and the fries. You can take peanuts home with you. Service is great. I usually don’t stay to eat. The atmosphere is comfortable.

You know it’s a good experience when you can see your Burger being cooked and dressed in front of you. No behind the scenes cooks. This Burger pictured here was absolutely delicious. The dining area was clean and the staff was great. Well worth the money.
