Everything was great but they gave me a different burger then I ordered,I didn’t notice till I got home and didn’t want to make the drive back. But all tasted great! I used to work at a five guys so I was expecting everything and the quality. It all met the expectations, cleanliness and environment, and the taste expectations, it was just the wrong order.

For the most part they use peanut oil to cook with that’s a good thing and I like the fountain drink machine that dispenses the fountain drinks there’s so many options to choose from.

Very friendly! Manager apologized for the long wait (fries) and offered a free milkshake. Cashier even offered a big bag to help with all my food. Great service!

$21+ for a cheeseburger small fries and and small drink. Your honestly better off getting a cheeseburger and drink at Texas Roadhouse and even with tipping 20% you will be less than this Five Guys. I can only assume the cost of labor has increased the prices so much!

I ordered a make it a meal and asked for a shake substitute, the server with the bandaid made both my shake and meal in a timely manner and all the employees were super nice! Definitely one of the greater fast food chains, I can’t wait to go back!

the guy at the front offered me blue milk and honestly i think it should be on the menu because it was so delicious and splendid i think raises should be put in for all employees except maybe like 6 or 7 of them and i would go back except i am too fat so maybe i will go in the future but i will not get anything
