I know I’m beating a dead horse complaining about price, but when I’m paying $9 for an order of fries
I better get $9 worth of fries.
I ordered 2 burgers and a large fry, no drinks and paid $36. The food was actually great and we enjoyed it, but I was so insulted by the amount of fries I got for $9 that it completely ruined the experience and I won’t be going back as long as the portions don’t align with the price. I remember a time where an order of fries from Five Guys would fill half of the entire bag. For this amount of fries the potatoes better have been harvested from the Garden of Eden by the hands of God almighty.

It was easily the worst chain restaurant food I ever reviewed. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with everything on it, along with French fries and strawberry Sprite.
The burger went straight from the grill to the bun- which is a rookie move, bleeding through its thin layer, and turning it into a soggy slop of disgusting mush.
Fries were not properly drained (a simple tilt to the basket does it), and the grease literally went through the bag. They were also overcooked.
The Strawberry Sprite tasted like seltzer water with food coloring.
Unfortunately I tipped at 20% when I paid. That’s the real loss here.
I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone.

Only great worker here is Brian. Always serves customers promptly and is respectful. Newer employees are always just getting sodas at the soda machine and seem lost. Brian needs more recognition and a promotion for holding down this location.

Horribly rude teenage employees. My family arrived at 9 after a long drive with hours to go, we just ordered 1 BLT and 2 fries. However, apparently that’s enough to earn us a horrible experience. We waited at the counter for minutes before even being acknowledged with clear annoyance by the young man working. When one of us tried to use the restroom, the young lady cleaning blatantly blocked me off and started to pretend clean so we couldn’t use it. Our food took way too long especially with no other orders coming in, and when one of us said “goodbye have a nice night” they just stared at us as if they’ve never heard those words before. Overall, employees shouldn’t make customers feel like an inconvenience. I understand they close at 10 but if they can’t step it up and do their job correctly and with human decency, then they aren’t cut out to work in customer service. Do better.

I’m not sure what happened tonight but I’ve never gotten a burger bowl as terrible as this one. I asked for all the way and there’s no mushroom or onions. No mustard or ketchup added. Just mayo. Barely any lettuce. Literally never have had this happened before but it was incredibly disappointing. If they didn’t have certain ingredients, there was zero communication stating as such. This meal was not worth the 20% tip left ☹️

I’m probably not returning. This place is so hit-and-miss.. Sometimes it’s fine, most times not. 2 small bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry was $30. Received 2 small overcooked burgers and ½ a small fry. The cup wasn’t even full, usually it’s over full. My wife and I usually split one and have ample fries-this time barely enough for one. What’s worse worse is they were old…. Hard, dry and tasted like cardboard. So disappointing, especially when I know they can do MUCH better. If I’m putting out $30 for 2 burgers and a fry, I want FRESH FOOD… which I can get elsewhere.

At around 6:40 PM on a busy Friday one of your employee station at making burgers, a little white guy with shortman’s energy is trying to make silly conversations with doordash drivers. I didn’t pay much attention to what he was blabbering but he could be awarded as certified bully. I didn’t know five guys started hiring unprofessional bullies.

This is the second and last time I come to this location and order fries. After tax it’s over $8 for a large fry and I get a half cup of fries that are over cooked. The other five guys in the area get it right. What the Hell North Haven?
The above review still applys. I decided to try the North Haven location again. Worst fries in the area. They are tough and dried out. It’s located near my favorite chicken place and I’m always disappointed with the fries. Just gonna have to drive to Amity to get good fries.
