The best fries! The burger was very fresh, you could add a lot of toppings which gave it a great variety. I got a single patty, and that filled me up, so if your starving there is always a double. overall great place. Also the employees there are super nice, they reminded me of my sweatshirt that I almost forgot! Awesome people

Been to this five guys over 20x because the food is always consistent until we had our last meal there tonight. Fries were so salty and undercooked they were inedible. The burgers we ordered had the toppings mixed up, cheese unmelted alongside chunks of the lettuce heads instead of the leafs.

The little hamburger was delicious and it was much larger than expected. However the size wasn’t a problem as I eat smaller portions. It would probably be normal size for others. My granddaughter said the grilled cheese was also very good, not soggy.The fries were perfect, Not over-done & not too soft either. I asked for no salt on mine, and they complied, And they still gave my granddaughter salt on hers. The people were very friendly and polite. The tables were clean and the floors were not sticky. The place was busy but the service was still prompt and the food was not cold, and were made correctly. I would recommend Five Guys to anyone who wants good fast food and fast service. It was a tiny bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Food is good, but if you’re ordering something you believe to be gluten free and you have celiac, just know cross contamination is a thing here. I watched this person touch all the buns and then prepare a burger in a bowl that they also touched. In this case I ordered in the app and saw nowhere that you could state to change gloves or that you have an allergy.

Prompt and friendly service. Fresh and the burger is always done right. Not sure if this is normal now, but the past three times I order small fries, this is all I get for $4.99. Prices are higher than similar food options.

The crew that was on tonight was phenomenal! The staff were kind, prompt, and overall fantastic. They were out of strawberries for my milkshake, but I couldn’t even be upset because my burger and the bun? Cooked perfectly. My fries? Crispy and just the right amount of salted! The reason I’m writing this review is because when their rush was over they all continued to move so fast! Typically, you’d find a group of people grab their phones or take a break; not these guys. One guy started stocking, another one started cleaning the grill, the third was prepping food, and the other two immediately started sweeping. It was a great thing to see! I hope this gets back to them! Thank you!

Received a BOGO 40FGBDAY code to use today with the requirements being that it has to be an online order. Tried to order for an hour on the app and online with no success. Finally called the store and was informed that all online ordering is unavailable this evening so you cannot use your coupon that they sent me twice. This appears to be very intentional. The family came to watch football tonight and we decided to order Five Guys. There were five us and we placed the order online. When we picked up the order it was obvious that they we busy. After getting home, we realized that we had half of our order, along with someone else’s. The burgers that we did receive were all wrong. When I called Five Guys to let them know that the order was wrong, the lady that answered immediately asked me to hold before she knew why I was calling. Knowing that they were busy, I said “No problem.” Instead of placing the call on hold she set the phone down and told another male employee that there was someone on the phone who wanted to place an order. The male employee then started making comments about how he was tired of customers calling and not using the app to place their orders. Let me reiterate; I placed my order through the app. I was calling because the order was not only wrong, but I received someone’s order. When the male employee came to the phone, I confronted him about his comments before telling him about the order. He offered no apology, and told me that it was company policy not to refund customers. The best that he could due was to replace the order tomorrow. Leaving no other option, I agreed to this. After telling the family what had happened when I called, my daughter called back and asked to talk with the manager. The gentleman that she talked with said that we could receive a refund but would need to go back to Five Guys to get it. She drove back there for the refund, which she received, but when she asked for the manager he wouldn’t come out of the office. I understand that mistakes happen, and we had a fairly large order, but to talk about a customer, especially when they can hear you is completely inappropriate.

Five Guys, at least this location, is an over-hyped, over-priced burger joint. The hamburger, small as it was, was good, nothing great. The fries, very abundant in quantity, were good as well but didn’t have a freshly cut-up potato taste to them. My beverage of choice, a strawberry milk shake was shamefully small for the price and had a strong artificially flavored taste to it. I’ve had MUCH better food at other Five Guys locations.

Had the vegetarian burger. It’s a fully loaded burger with mushrooms without the burger paddy. Ordered a small fries to share. Was huge ! Fast service at 2pm on a Saturday. Friendly staff and clean.
