I visited this five guys for the first time with my family, ordered 3 burgers and a regular fry. The “regular fry” was $6.05 and the amount I received was equivalent a McDonald’s fry side order. For $6.05 we definitely should have gotten more fries. So definitely won’t ever be coming back to this five guys in Nashua ever again.

Double charged no refund. When opened my bag… I got the smallest portion of regular fries I’ve ever seen. Rudest service workers and manager. Disgusting bathroom.

Had a unique and great experience at Five guys unlike other fast food places. Impressed with the way they are keeping up the free peanuts and even selling peanut oil barrels. As usual the fries were the highlight of our visit. Fresh, crispy, golden Color, and flavour. Really liked the veggie sandwich with cheese and option to customise with extra toppings. Sandwich tasted great as well. Convenient outdoor seating in summer is a good option for this location. Definitely recommended.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Five Guys while picking up a DoorDash order. When I arrived, one of the employees laughed at me and made comments that made it clear they were mocking the fact that I was the delivery driver. I have never felt so disrespected by a store employee.

Delivery drivers are working just like everyone else, and we help businesses serve their customers. Being treated this way was unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope management addresses this, because no one should feel embarrassed or belittled simply for doing their job.

As it’s with many Five Guys branches, the food and service here are good. Atmosphere is just like any other five guys; which is neither great nor bad.
I ordered cheeseburger without buns and instead wrapped in lettuce, and got some french fries. All tasted good and the fries were crispy and no salt to order.

Pretty food and fast service. There are many orders for pickup so it was really busy during our visit. However, our food was still ready pretty quickly. The tables were mostly clean and they had a full soda selection. The cashier did not really try to upsell or give us any recommendations and we did have to ask for the cups we ordered. But overall a really good visit.

We had a bad experience today. We ordered 2 sandwiches, fries and a shake and one of the sandwiches was soggy and incorrect. Asked for and paid for an extra patty and did not get it, the fries were cold and soggy and the shake was very runny. I called and someone pretending to be the manager didn’t even offer to remake the food and just said do you want me to refund you and wasn’t very friendly then he handed the phone to the manager which offered a refund. I’m glad the manager offered a resolution however just wanted others to be aware of this instance

I’m not one to usually complain, but my recent trip to Five Guys was a major letdown. I ordered a classic cheeseburger, excited for that juicy, made-to-order taste. What I got was far from it. The burger was practically raw in the middle. I’m all for a little pink, but this was like they barely introduced it to the grill.
Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. I expect a certain level of quality, especially when I’m paying a premium for a burger. I ended up throwing half of it away because I was worried about getting sick.
Save your money and go somewhere where they know how to cook a burger properly. This Five Guys needs to step up their game.
