If you haven’t been to Double Bayou Crawfish Farm, you are missing out! My husband and I went yesterday and it honestly felt like a little getaway. It’s out in the middle of nowhere (in the best way), with the prettiest view out back that makes you feel like you’re on a mini vacation.
The crawfish were SO good — perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. They also have delicious brick oven pizza if you’re in the mood to mix it up. And the free frozen margaritas? On point.
You order at the window and they bring the food out to you, which makes it super easy and laid back. The owner even came by to check on us and brought us two SUPER spicy crawfish to try ( ) — and yes, they absolutely lit us up! So fun.
He told us they’ll even take you out on a boat to catch your own crawfish and then come back and boil them for you while you hang out and enjoy those margaritas. Such a cool experience!
We will 100% be back and bringing all our friends. It’s worth the drive — don’t miss out!

I finally got the chance to visit after hearing nothing but good things. I have to honestly say this is the best crawfish I’ve had from Houston to Chambers County and in between in the last 3 years. We try to support everyone around us because we love to support our local businesses, but this was by far the best. The service, atmosphere and food was absolutely amazing. Thank you for the wonderful service and food.

First time here for me and my family and it was not bad. Crawfish had more of a sweet flavor. A little salty but no heat. Potatoes had no flavor, corn was good as well as the sausage. Ordered 3 pounds and I assume the sides are included in the 3 pounds because our plates were definitely not 3 pounds of crawfish.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars it was that good! The spice level for the crawfish is perfect, I didn’t need to add anything to it (however their house dry seasoning is delicious). I also ordered the colossal snow crab which was huge, easy to peel, flavorful and an excellent contrast to the crawfish. I drove over 1hr to eat here and it was worth every second and every penny spent. The crawfish are farm to table so not a single one in my order were dead or fishy tasting. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I ordered crawfish and when I tell you FLAVORFUL and delicious, I mean JUST THAT! And they aren’t price gauging us their prices can’t be beat! Very reasonable and I appreciated the kindness and attentive customer service. Thanks Double Bayou… We’ll definitely be back again!!
