I was told that the burger I ordered would have lettuce, tomato, and pickles on my burger. Nope. It’s pretty tasteless for $19.00. Check out the pictures.

My family has had Five Guys multiple times. The burgers are really good and the french fries are fantastic.
The one downside was the last time we got home with our takeout my wife cut her Burger in half and pulled out a very long black hair.
I was not going to drive the 4 miles back so I did a refund online.
Kind of sucked having to jump through some hoops for an $8 burger but it is what it is.
Might go back, might not.

So excited to have Five Guys open at the Pleasant St Shops! I visited the day after opening, and was expecting some hiccups, but the staff was hard at work and so efficient. My app-placed order was on time, and everything was up to the standard I have come to expect with my typical Five Guys order.

I had an excellent experience at Five Guys! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Kristi went above and beyond—she was polite, super helpful, and kept the restaurant spotless the entire time I was there. You can tell she truly enjoys her job, and it shows in the way she treats customers and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s not often you find service like that these days, and it really made my visit a great one. I’ll definitely be back!

SO GOOD!!! first off, when i walked in, the restaurant was clean and had a chill environment overall. the staff greeted me instantly, they were patient and the cashier was a cool guy. im disabled and they saw this and offered to bring my food out to my car! he held the door for me and made sure everything was good before i was off. food was amazing!! best five guys i’ve had in a long time. bag was STUFFED with fries, burger was perfect!!! i can’t reccomend this place enough, probably best fast food around. i’m one to never ever finish a burger but i SCARFED this down and i was in shock for 10 minutes. overall 9.9/10 (put whipped cream on milkshake on accident!) OTHER THAN THAT ITS SO AMAZING PLEASE COME TO THIS LOCATION

Good burgers, some service great and some really bad. Some of the people who come in look and act like they just arrived from under a railroad bridge in Brockton. Watch where you sit and be careful what you say. Fries are GREAT if you get them fresh, but waaaaay over salted!! If you get them via delivery, they’re limp, cold, soggy grossness. A small order is usually plenty; a large order is way too much, and they get too soggy to reheat.
Some of the servers try to tell you that you can’t get them unsalted, but insist on some from a new batch. They are constantly making new batches, so it’s not like it’s a big deal or you’ll have to wait long. Overall a pretty decent place but beyond unhealthy. Check out the nutrition numbers for the fries!

I was excited to try the 5 guys that just opened near my house last night after getting off from a long bar shift because the location in Hanover is great but this place is disappointing at best. When I arrived I found out that the milkshake machine is broken (already?) so no milkshakes, my single patty burger was so burnt, shriveled and dry I could barely eat half. I ordered it with sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions and mayo and there was hardly any of all these ingredients on top, in fact I thought they had given me the wrong order as I was searching for my toppings. My order took 20 minutes to make and when I got home (less than 1 minute drive) my burger was stone cold. How is that possible? The boy who took my order has NO customer service skills. This place is a hard pass for me. I will make the drive to Hanover instead.
