They greeted me and helped me grab my order from the app the moment I arrived
The patty however was less cooked than I usually take it. I prefer a darker patty and this has always been the case to every other 5 guys I’ve been to. They cook it a bit lighter here and tbh, it wasn’t my thing.
Ordered an oreo shake and that came out perfectly! I’ll return and place better instructions next time.

We had to stop for sort of an emergency New Year’s Eve quick bite and the guys were all super nice and super fast even though I’m sure they wanted to be somewhere else, they did not show it.

We had a hot dog birthday party for my daughter and the managers as well as the staff were so happy to help us out and prepare our meal! They went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and give us what we needed for a successful party! Pamela, John, and Talice were the best!!!

I made an online order for regular fries. Received the location notification text and responded when I arrived to the location 30 minutes later. I gave my name to pick up my order and got no feedback. Next person comes and gives their name. “A couple more minute for your fries sir”. I still have no update so I ask if my order isn’t ready. He then says a couple more minutes for your fries. I get my fries after 5 mins of waiting and they are burnt and so salty almost painful to eat. Never again. 7+ dollars for burnt salty fries and the inconvenience of waiting 40 minutes for an order of regular fries to be complete.

Burgers are just way to greasy the meat is good but who wants a soaked burger. The fries are never crispy. There milk shakes are and I love how you can mix up the flavors.

Great food and very clean restaurant. But what sets the Walpole location apart from some other Five Guys I’ve been to is the staff providing excellent service – they warmly greet you with a smile when you enter, work together well and generally seem to enjoy working there. Despite being busy, they were all calm and pleasant. Such a different experience from the Dedham location.
