After watching a Five Guys food challenge on YouTube, I found myself in the Five Guys parking lot. I had not been to a Five Guys in over five years. I ordered at the counter. The service was great, and my take away order was quickly. The restaurant and prep area looked clean. I ordered two Cheeseburgers, two hot dogs (one with bacon), and a small fries to share with my wife. Everything tasted very good.

My experience? Well, my husband and I arrived 3 hours prior to closing. He got a burger and I got a BLT. They barely put any Mayo (even though it comes with Mayo) but they put enough bacon. He enjoyed his burger and fries. I enjoyed my fries. I wish I didn’t have to go to my own fridge and add more mayo for myself. It should’ve been on the sandwich. They didnt have to be stingy about it. You had 5 employees working on Halloween.

Always great burgers my go to is a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, bbq sauce and pickles great combo! The fries are crispy and tasty but even better with the Cajun seasoning.

Being one of the most expensive fast food places you can eat it its natural to have hither expectations of them. However, this location this time I went met none of them. All the food was burnt, which is hard to imagine when you only cook 3 things, fries, bacon, and burgers. They burnt all of it. What is even more disappointing is that when you pay for your food they ask for a tip at the register… There’s no sit down service so why the tip? Just for ringing up your food? I don’t get it. Worst of all the place was filthy. One of the worst conditions I’ve seen any restaurant ever. Not a single table was clean.

One thing I don’t understand is why they ask for a tip when you make the payment? You are placing your order by walking up to the cashier and picking up your food when your name gets called. In what sense does this require tipping ?

Heard a lot of hype about this chain and finally decided to try it out! I love the free peanuts, haven’t hit a single bad one yet. Fries are pretty lacklustre, probably best to get the Cajun fries rather than the regular. Burger was definitely delicious, but be careful with the number of toppings you get, more toppings means less patty flavour, and they really stack up on the toppings. Overall, great spot for a quick bite!

Ordered a little bacon cheese burger and got no bacon, a lettuce wrap burger that came on a bun, and a shake that was missing its whip cream. Three out of four items wrong. I tipped for this?
Mistakes happen, but I tried calling multiple times to get this fixed and nobody picked up the phone. The final nail in the coffin was that the voicemail box was full. Pathetic.
