In between jobs I had the taste for Seafood. I visited the nearest convenient location before returning to work. After waiting 20 mins after arriving at said delivery time. I get to work to find my food is cold, appears to be old, definitely unclean ( see pictures).
I called to report my concerns & was asked to bring the food back for it to be replaced. My expectation when ordering food is QUALITY! Nothing about this visit was pleasing. Down to the request to leave work bring back food that should have been hot & satisfying to begin with. Needless to say, I was unable to leave work to obtain eatable food so I will starve after spending $ 62 for leftover seafood. I m totally dissatisfied being a Chef & Foodie who probably would’ve gotten a better meal if my 5 yr old cousin had of prepared it. Totally disappointed!! Our neighborhood restaurants seem to just give us anything & expect us to be satisfied. I work hard for my money & if I choose to support your business I expect quality & satisfaction.

Met the manager was so kind and very attentive. Ordered last minute wait was reasonable. Food was sook delicious I drove from Boilingbrook to Country Club Hills!! Quiet often wheelchair accessible not a dine in takeout only.

Dead Fly in my food! From this location, across from Walmart in County Club Hills. I ordered 108$ worth of food! Started to eat and after I already ate a few crab legs noticed this! Store told me to call in the morning called back and was told to bring pan with food untouched. What! Then waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told to come in the next morning with pan untouched. This game went on with no help from management. I will never go back and I urge you to check your food with a fine tooth comb. Still no call back from Management, very disappointing.

This place was a real pleasant surprise!!!! The fish dinner I ordered was excellent! The catfish was steamed. Two fillets were presented with steamed broccoli, half an ear of corn, and quartered baked potatoes. Simply delicious! The portion was enough for two people easily. You can choose the spice you wish to have the food cooked with. There are four to choose from. They have an extensive menu. The wait isn’t too long either. I plan to go back. The prices are reasonable for the quality and the portions.

I went there last night and I couldn’t believe the level of disrespect from the cook/ manager. A woman came in to purchase the food she ordered and I can’t determine what was going on, but she was kind and polite and offered to resolve whatever was the issue, but he literally belittled her. A young lady who worked there came to the assistance of the customer and provided her with a Kleenex and reassurance. I wanted to help her because this guy was a real jerk!!! It’s people like him that remind you how small and ignorant people can really be! I will not be returning to this establishment!!!

My first experience here was average, the seasoning wasn’t well distributed, but it was managed with the butter sauce (my favorite). I had my second experience today and I decided to get some for my mum. Oh my goodness! I don’t want to over exaggerate, but this was so disappointing. We wanted to break our fast and the poor old lady was starving . The corn tasted stale and sour, like it was leftover from a previous day. The shrimps were overly cooked, and the broccoli and the entire tray was salty. It was a waste of money! We leave quite far and I couldn’t take it back to the store. I’m not condemning anyone, but I’m just trying to vent.
I’m sure they’ve done good to some of their customers, so I know they can make it right. Just specify how you’ll like your food when placing your order.

A young lady named Raquel took my order. Very pleasant. It was my first time. She was patient and had good customer service. The salmon was a little dry but still very good. I will def go back.
