I LOVE CULVERS!! I ordered 4 chicken tenders and they were all so delicious! I ordered from such a sweet girl named Lucy!! She was so friendly and nice and offered outstanding service!! The food was so good, I went again to get a scoop of ice cream!! And oh boy it was so good. And I saw Lucy again!!

Freshly-prepared food. Friendly staff. Busy mealtimes. Drive-thru gets backed up as only 3 “wait” stalls plus room for 4 vehicles park along curb. Large blacktop parking lot West of store. Great dining option for Evansville!

I ordered curbside pickup. I got home and my sandwich order was completely wrong. I called and was told by Liz, the manager, that either I needed to drive all the way back there, or she would send me a coupon for a cheeseburger that has a significantly lower cost. Those were the only options offered. I drove back with the untouched and incorrect sandwich and demanded a refund. Liz was not especially helpful, but managed to process the refund. I will not be back to this location due to previous subpar experiences not reported and this total waste of my time due to a mistake on their part.

They were busy on this Labor Day weekend but the drive-thru kept a steady pace.

It’s Culvers so the food is good, but the Evansville location really strives to provide excellent service. Every person I’ve encountered here is genuinely friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, nice new store, but let me tell you. If you a contractor with a pickup and trailer you are better off going to oregon location. Much better parking lot setup including parking for trailers.
I love culvers but this parking lot was a disgrace, I would be ashamed to have put my name on the final draft for this. An the city planner for signing off. It had to have been engineered by Helen Kellers distant offspring, im assuming it will be terrible to plow snow there in the winter as well. Nice try just not inclusive or executed well. No hate just a heads up to any roofers, landscaping, tree guys, concrete or any other blue color with a trailer trying to get a nice lunch.

Shabby Chic
I’ve only visited this Culver’s location twice. The first time I wasn’t aware you had to specify what you wanted on a burger so I ended up with 2 patties, cheese on a bun. Today I specifically asked for ketchup and pickle ONLY and ended up with no ketchup, 2 slices of pickle in addition to mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. Employees are friendly but food is too inconsistent for me.
