Fisherman’s Cove is exactly what a great restaurant should be. The food is simply amazing—so fresh, flavorful, and obviously homemade. It’s the kind of cooking that feels like a hug. But what truly made our meal was our server, Wendy. She was awesome! She brought everything we needed right away and guided us to all the best things on the menu. Her kindness and great service made us feel so welcome. We left feeling full and happy. Thank you, Wendy, for the perfect evening!

Ordered the crawfish tails and the Captain’s Platter. Was surprised when the waitress brought out a basket of hushpuppies with my salad, didn’t realize they did that.
Crawfish came with remoulade and cocktail sauce, both homemade and phenomenal. Captain’s Platter came with tartar sauce and more cocktail sauce. The catfish was nicely breaded and perfectly flaky, the clam strips were nice and crispy, the shrimp was great. Did not get a chance to try the stuffed crab because I was stuffed ( )!!
Everything was phenomenal and very nice portion sizes for the price.
Would definitely come back if I’m ever down this way again.

Food was amazing, the service was even better! Honestly didn’t expect that much food on a plate. The waitress never let our drinks get below halfway and the restaurant was fairly busy. That’s not an easy task when you’re waiting multiple tables. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time dining experience, definitely will be back!

First off, our waitress was awesome! The catfish is amazing and the hushpuppies were good. The crawfish tails were really good too.They were out of ice? Not sure how that happens… they were out of coleslaw and out of grilled shrimp? It was pretty warm in there also. I think on a good day this place would be great….we just caught them on a bad day.

My food was melted to the styrofoam, but…..they made it right and replaced my order the next day!! They are always super friendly. The food is great and I love the atmosphere. From the greeter, to the servers, the cashier and all in between, you get 5 stars from me!

We were the first people in when they opened. Ordered Awesome Blossom appetizer and fried pickles. The fried pickles were good. The Awesome Blossom was overcooked and just about to be considered burnt. They did not taste good. An hour into it the dinner the waitress came and told us that the restaurant lost our ticket. They had just changed the way they placed orders. The system didn’t work for us. We left without eating and drove 40 miles the other direction for dinner. Three groups of people who came in after us and had eaten and left.

Cute and expected. Great staff but the food was ok (not epic). Not many choices in this area- but I’m glad we went there instead of some other options. there is a Walmart nearby which is why we needed to find a dinner place in that area as a tourist at crater of diamond state park.

I’m sure they are having staffing issues like everyone else. But when you leave EVERY unattended table covered with dirty dishes, it makes it hard to enjoy your meal.
